Hie are sleep inn counted as working hours at extra job. The company told mi that they dont count sleep in coz i wil be sleeping . hence they hav a fixed rate for that.
really? if you are at work you are at work.. i dont think it matters if you are sleeping. as long as the hours are on the payslip they will be considered extra work
Will paid training still be added to your working hours in the second job? Take for instance if you work 18hours and you had paid 5hours online training ? Will this still be calculated as 23 hours of work?
What if you are on annual leave can you work for the same employer for let's say 37.5 hours a week? I mean a regular annual leave. I appreciate your opinions

No..you can't work more than 20hours for another employer ( when I last checked unless they changed the rule)

If you did an agency shift on Sunday night/Monday morning, is that for the previous or new week?
My understanding is that the hours before midnight on Sunday would count to the previous week and the ones after the new week

yes dependants have no restrictions on work hours as far as i am aware.. its the student who can only do 20hours in term time
