Okay let me give a brief about the selection procedure of this program(STEP) 1. They will call you to one of the oberoi hotels in india for the first round of the process and you will have to face group introduction i.e. to talk about yourself or they will give you a partner to talk to for sometime and will ask you to give his introduction 2. The next round will be a personal interview Now, if you get selected in this then you will be called for next rounds at the Oberoi Maidens New Delhi where you will have to face the next set of rounds First will be an online test(aptitude and english) and then a personal interview with the dean of OCLD. If you get selected for this then you are a STEP trainee at any oberoi property in india and you would be getting paid and accomodation will be provided and even you have a security for job.Good Luck!
