You have discussed some very important points , like ...don't worry about the salary ..just focus on big brands . Sadly majority of the young graduates are running after money from their first job ...the first thing they ask is ..salary kitna milega ...ye to bahot Kum salary hai ... I've met many guys rejecting a good property because they offer low initial salary . This video is an eye opener for those guys . if u want to do something creative and do something which is usefull then dont do this ask this to every hotel management student i have done from ihm like this guy u should be dedicated and get good connections then u will grow it is good industry but starting it is very difficult u need to be strong which i lost.he is very good guy he is motivating us and i can see his dedication
