Thankyou for making such a great project with the kangaroo. Tea is also very synonymous with Australia as well. Our history is full of songs and poems of putting the billy on to boil, which is a tin can with a lid and a handle in which water and tea leaves are placed and then the billy is put on the campfire or stove and brought to the boil, poured into your tin cup and then you drink it while contemplating life under the stars, whether you are camped by a billabong or waterhole or if you are on your verandah in an old rocking chair. Both scenario's bring sights of the kangaroos grazing nearby. So today's prompt is very Australian, because everyone has an Aunty or Grandma who collects loose buttons and keeps them in a jar up on a shelf somewhere that miraculously appears when a button is needed for mending a shirt. I had to laugh with you when you associated the date biscuit with eating kangaroo poo. I'm sure I am going to have trouble now eating rice without thinking about you making it into kangaroo poo. 😂😂😂 I really enjoy your Dephemerember videos 😁

Kangaroo poo! Hilarious, and very inventive. I find some outside my back door nearly everyday. Actually it's wallaby poo and it's much more like dates than like rice. Great imagination was needed for this project but it came good in the end.

Our everyday tea bags are not this shape in the UK. They are still papery but not easy to open out like yours. I've emptied a couple but you don't get much paper to play with. I've bought a pack of 100 empty ones like yours on Amazon. I love your project. I keep thinking of the tea bag as a "pouch" for the kangaroo
