To do what he does at 21:13 you first have to talk to the owl that gives you the directions to go east, south, south which causes you to spawn some particles on the path. If you're doing it correctly, blue particles will follow you and you go into the tiny notch where the walk-through tells you to go and then and only then will you go to the path. This mechanic has caused a lot of frustration for many players' including me so I hope this comment helps.

Okay guys I figured it out. So where the statue says the directions, there are rocks on the ground. Go the diretion the tomb tells you to go and then the rocks will light up then go to the net direction and then the other rocks light up.

Solve the owl statue puzzle in the lost woods area, you have to walk down the path the owl statue tells you to go and another owl statue will appear and tell you to move in another path and dive in the lake that's below the treasure chest in the center of the lost woods and obtain Saria's spirit in battle to remove the log that blocks the path to young Link.
So I am not going to watch this whole entire video just to see how to get rid of the wood and the rock to unlock Young Link and... That person at the Master sword pedestal thing. So can someone tell me how to unlock them and get the whole triforce?
Those stupid owls are of no help at all. I've tried following all of their directions, and I only got one damn piece of the tri-force. And also, I think mine's glitched out and malfunctioning. I tried doing what was present in this video to get the secret path, but there was no secret path, and my character doesn't swim under the lake. What the heck, I’ve beaten every spirit on the map + completed the clock part but I still can’t see the hidden owl switch in the forested region. Is there something I’m missing? There’s literally nothing left for me to beat there
@@Symphonia30 Oh! Mine is straight now. On the far left from where that owl should be is a little passageway. I couldn't see it cause I was playing on the small screen, look closely and hopefully you'll see it. I talked to the owl that initially gives instruction first, not sure if you Have to, but that's what I did. But yeah, once you go through the passageway it should be right in the correct spot. It's been five days since I did this, hopefully I'm not telling you wrong.

I forgot to mention it worked for me after I unlocked Zelda and the triforce of wisdom.
