The “Jack” in the title, as declared by the band members, is Australian slang for gonorrhea (clap), a sexually transmitted disease that Angus and company had to deal with at the beginning of their careers.

@@RonPeterson-xq4ng calm down, while it’s not the OG version, i feel like it’s easier to understand for the listener, no joke with Other Bon Songs it didn’t think he Wrote the Old version, the new version seemed more of his writing style, maybe they went through there old Lyric ideas and saw the Lyrics for the new version and decided to use it, ether way your making it sound like the New version is a bad version

These lyrics are the epitome of raw, laconic Australian humour. the context is a card game , but we all know what Bonn Scott was talking about. In the 1970's we would p*** ourselves laughing at just the mention of this slang word for STD - Syphylis, Ghonnorhea - The Clap. "She's got the Jack" was a common and extremely disparaging comment to make about a lady. Only ACDC could make it this acceptable.
i remember seeing AcDc 2x in the late 70s and "bad boy boogie" was the song Angus did the striptease to and back then he would really moon the crowd. so when you hear people cheering and screaming during a live bootleg version of bad boy boogie during the bon scott years you"ll know why.
This was halfway though the show, every show Angus strips so get rid of the sweat covered clothes and to cool down. He was running at the end to jump on a rope hanging from a bell for the song Hells Bells. Yes the Jack is a VD

That is the verse that they sing in the live concert. If you go back to the original singer and the original studio album there are 2 completely different versus. It is much more explanatory if you listen to the original studio version. But the Jack is gonorrhoea

Of all of the AC/DC songs that I have personally requested, I cannot believe that you actually did this song, a song about a girl that has the 👏🏻, clap. Which everyone knows is a sexual disease, lol. But this song was definitely not up your alley! You should have reacted to songs like who made who, TNT, or even big balls which isn’t what it sounds like, it’s actually about a Celebration ball. If you're gonna do Bon Scott songs , start with those . Then do all the songs from Brian . Starting from Back In Black to the current . Bon is a whole diff experience .🎸 Don't get thrown off by the River Plate crowd . Remember , the River Plate stadium 🏟️ is a ⚽ stadium . And many bands do their shows there because they know the crowds are insane . Bands for instance " The Police , Eric Clapton etc etc " .
