I am enjoying your video for a number of reasons
    1. How you communicate
    2. How you educate
    3. Lastly, the myth that farmers are people who never went to school and can't do anything else but til the soil. Thank you. I'm definitely a new fan, but you're planting my favorite pepper.

When drying scotch bonnet peppers you cut off the fruit off the pepper leaving the seed and stem. Then you place these seeds in the sun in a container to dry. Do not let the rain fall on them or cause them to get wet.

2ft between plants and 2ft between the drip lines. Hence each row of pepper is a double row like yours. Three feet is too far
