“Ask me if I care…” 😂 I love how real you are with canning. It’s just a part of life. ❤️ Thank you for the tutorial! It’s almost peach season and I’m excited to try this. We eat lots of canned peaches!
Hi Pam, I canned 4 qts of fresh peaches tonight. It almost midnight and I started at 7:00 pm. I kept playing your video on each step I took. I’m hoping this turns out because this is my first time ever canning. I’m hoping to hear that ping sound before I go to bed. Thank you Pam for all you do to help encourage us newbies to take the plunge.
I echo the many viewers who love and appreciate your and Jim’s commitment to share your food preservation knowledge in a proven, scientifically safe way. I just ordered a box of peaches from The Peach Truck which will be delivered in July. I am pumped to have the knowledge to safely can my husband’s favorite fruit for him to enjoy year round. Thank You!
Beautiful peaches, perfectly canned, easily done. Using canning lids to keep the jars off the bottom, sensible yet brilliant. Thanks for the knowing and sharing that water bath canning is a safe viable method when done properly! Appreciate you, Pamela!
Looking at those delicious peaches makes my mouth water! I Love how organized you are while canning. You are such a wonderful teacher. Thank you for sharing! ❤️
Hello Red Rose Pam & Jim, I just watched your video on Water-Bath Canning Peaches. Thank you. I am a pretty good and experienced canner. I’ve been doing it like you as a child. It was such a pleasure helping my Grans with it. Then helping me Mum, she had to have her Stewed Tomatoes always. It is something I hope to never forget. I just started canning Proteins back in October of 22. My brother lives with me and gave me some tips on doing this process. I am so excited to be able to work like this. I am disabled and in a wheelchair but don’t let it hold me back. Thanks to your videos and showing me so many techniques that I’m excited to do more. I’m not close to having a year of food in my pantry but it is such a joy to process the food, I saw a few videos on Making things like sauerkraut. I’ve never done any pickling or fermenting and I’m very excited to get started. Some people have called me crazy for spending money on food just to store in my extra bedroom especially because of where we live. And we live in an area in Washington state that is surrounded by military bases. I’ve been told that when World War III starts that it is going to start right here. Well, I’m just a type of person that won’t be giving up anytime soon and the only thing I may have to sacrifice will be Russian vodka because I make my vanilla with it. However, there are others around that I can get to make all the vanilla that I need! I’m sorry this is so drawn out, but you are so encouraging, even though I do know a considerable amount about Canning, and just learning how to prepare the meals in jars, I do not plan on stopping anytime soon. I am grateful that God has given me the ability to do the food preservation even while sitting in a wheelchair. I haven’t had to be on one very long, which is a blessing, but after another surgery, it looks like this may be the way things go at least for a while. I like to hear stories about when you were young girl, a few years back, ha ha me too and why do you do for preparing for emergencies. When I started Canning last year, I was frustrated by other people telling me that I’m crazy for doing all that work. But it wasn’t work for me, it was more like playtime. I am so happy that I listen to myself and not them, because after having surgery, and not being able to prepare and cook food, very easily, I had lots and lots of choices. I had lots and lots of food that I already prepared. So far, none of my friends have come by to offer help or bring a meal to assist me. I know that I can only count on myself and God of course. My heavenly father watches over me and guides me, and sometimes doesn’t make a decision that someone else wouldn’t agree with, but I would rather listen to him than to the friends who can’t make enough time, just drop by and see if there’s anything I need. I know that God will provide for me. Today, May 20, 2023 is the 10th anniversary of my husband passing away. I didn’t know at that time how I was going to make ends meet. But I turned my life back to God and even though things have been pretty rough at times, he is with me and I can feel him in my heart and my mind and soul! I am only here on this earth because this is where he wants me for now. And if I don’t get to eat half of the food that I have prepared because he takes me before I can eat it all, well, there’s always someone that needs some good home cooking food. I love to give it away whether they need it or not. I have always found so much joy In sharing whatever I have. I know that God will provide for me and if I am able to bless people with a good beef stew or a jar of canned chicken breast with sweet-and-sour sauce, then I feel happy and satisfied that I am doing Jesus his work. Again, I’m sorry this is so long, but I feel that you are a friend and would not leave me hanging like my other close friends have done. So I will pray for you and Jim, that you will be able to continue your preservation projects, and that you will stay safe and trust that God will be with you in case of any events that may occur. God bless you both, Jillian (Jilli) Pritchard
You're such a wonderful teacher presenting very well thought out information! I love all of your videos, and I appreciate all of the research that goes into each one. I'm so glad to be able to watch a "scientific" canner.
Miss Pam, another Excellent video on water bath canning!!! I am SO pleased that more subscribers have found your channel!!! I am sure that they, like me, will enjoy your scientific approach to food preservation, emergency preparedness, and self reliance.
I started preparing for the approaching food shortage in April 2022. I decided that I was going to teach myself to can. I had never canned anything before and I knew I was going to have a steep learning curve. I watched many different knowledgeable preppers on TH-cam, but for me, your channel stood out because I am the kind of person that needs to know the why so that I can properly implement the how. I tried canning peaches for the first time last weekend (exactly as you did in the video). I got 7 quarts of peaches sliced in half. The peaches were floating-approximately 2 inches of syrup was at the bottom of the jar. I canned peaches again this weekend (8-20-22) and this time, I quartered the peaches. I really packed the peached in the jars without crushing them (or so I thought), but the peaches were still floating, just not as much as last time. On both batches, I got no siphoning or buckled lids. I consider this two successes. I opened a can from the first batch. . . and they were delightful! I am currently working my way through your water bath canning course and I as of the writing of this message I have completed 67% of the course. You have been a great inspiration to me-thank you for all that you do!
Just found your channel and I'm watching your videos continuously. I canned when my kids were little but stopped several years ago and gave away all my stuff. But now, with current events, I've re-purchased canning books and equipment and am stocking up. Peaches were next on my list so great timing!
You are a blessing ❤️ I have canned tomatoes, chili tomato sauce, cherry and mixed berries, peaches 🍑 and applesauce all with your tutorials. My gratitude cannot be fully expressed but I 😊 thank you!!!
You're probably going to get tired of me constantly thanking you, but thank you so much for sharing your wealth of knowledge with us. I have learned so much from you and I am so grateful for your detailed information.
What the heck! The rings in the bottom of the pot is fantastic. That is going to save me heaps of time finding a rack to fit my pot. Awesome Thanks Pam.
Thank you so very much for showing us how to water bath peaches. It's something I've been wanting to do for so many years but I never had the courage to try it until I found you and your videos! You are so knowledgeable and careful and I trust what you say implicitly. I love watching your videos and I appreciate all the hard work that you and Jim and your sister Cindy do to bring this knowledge to the rest of us.
Canned peaches are one of my favorite canned fruits. I ordered a case of peaches and will probably be able to get them next week. Thank you Pam for making canning seem easy and clear and for making it real. "As me if i care" hahahhaah Love it
You have Helped us so much and guess what? No one’s died. Lol😂I used too try can then not want 2 eat it. Thankful 4 the wisdom. Science. Time u take. It’s definitely saved us $. Healthier than Ever; teaching my daughter now; And everyone wants too help an eat at our house!❤Rose 🎉❤❤❤❤we love you!
I am so glad I found your channel I have done jams in the pass but now I’m retired and will be planting a winter garden I want to can as much as I can. Not just for me and my family but for my parents and aunt that are up in age. I want to start eating better and there is no other was than to grow it yourself
I canned 8pts this year… so far! I guess that’s my favorite canned fruit. It stems from my childhood staying w/my granny & papaw on their farm in rural Ky. You’re probably going to think this is weird… I like mine just a little bit dark. She used to fix me peaches & cream in the winter time for an afternoon snack. It was my fav!! So glad you did this. Thanks for another great video. So glad things are picking up in your channel too. People are seeing what a remarkable person & teacher you are! Keep up the fantastic work! ❤️🌹
Another insightful video. I’ve always thought that covering the pot sped up the boiling of the water. Shame on me. I’ve learned something new today. Thank you once again.
Thank you, Pam, you + your meticulous videos are a blessing! I have 4 quarts in the pot boiling and realized that I didn't leave 1/2 inch @the top. Not sure what will happen - nothing has exploded after 30 min @sea level...They seem ok, out on the counter cooling and the lids have popped.
Pam, I am getting ready today for pick up tomorrow. I'm getting 2 lugs, Georgia Peach Truck is driving through Oklahoma tomorrow. I am so excited. I've got this.
I just want to thank you for all the directions you give us. You explain well and take the fear out of those wanting to learn canning. Bless you and your husband for all you do to provide such a wonderful community.
I have 2 lugs coming tomorrow from a grower in Utah! Gonna can and make peach pineapple jam! Can’t wait!! Watching you so as to ensure proper procedure! Thanks so much!💖💖💖💖💖
Another perfectly timed message! I've heard the skins can be dehydrated and powdered. Peaches were $0.50/# so I'll put up some half pints (single household) and dehydrate some. So appreciate the information you share!!
Pam, you and Jim are such a Godsend to your fans! I remember canning with my grandmother and mother, too, in the summers back in El Paso, TX. The kitchen would get so hot! We canned peaches, apricots, plums, figs and pomegranates in all forms and fashions from spiced peaches to fig preserves and everything in between. We never lacked for jelly to go on our peanut butter sandwiches for lunch. Your video is so thorough and you automatically ask and answer questions that so many of us have as we watch. I know I can can again from watching and learning from your videos! Thank you, Pam!
Love this one Pam. I'm also starting to get a lot of newbies in town who have never put up a jar of anything in their lives wanting to learn. Some of the YT videos scare me to death... I'm having 3 gals over Saturday to learn some basics. Wish me luck!
You are amazing!! I'm one of the new members of your community and I've learned more from you in the last week than I have from any other source in the last few months!!
Clever using the canning rings, Pam. I've seen people panic not having a rack for the pot. Nice looking peaches. All I need to do now is to tell my peach trees to give me lots of fruit this season LOL Great video. Thank you for sharing.
Hi guys. I just love love this video. I don't have any idea why I didn't pay more attention to videos on water bathing. It's not intimidating at all. Oh my gee me with pressure canning I had everything I needed and was so afraid to do it. I'm over that. Nah. I still get concerned if I did it right. I think I doubt myself unreasonably.! I love this video. Thank you both for all of the education you've given to me. Take care.
Thank you so much for your video! I also use one of my large pots to do my canning. I just did four quarts of sliced peaches in a light syrup. I will look for your video about how tight to tighten the jars, I do mine finger tight, and so far, have been lucky. But would like to see the best way to do it! I was worried when my lid was stuck on my pot, it took me an extra five minutes to remove it. But you said that is a safer way to do it, so I am feeling ok with that extra five minutes! Thanks again.
Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge of canning!! I did not learn when my relatives who knew were around, and I truly regretted that. I appreciate that you have made it very easy to understand.
I go back and watch your videos often , and you are the best! I trust you more than anyone! Of course I also double check with the book. Very detailed and you make me laugh as well! ❤️
Hi, thank you for making this video. I love your idea of using that big pot instead of a actual water bath pan. I would love to can with you. You have so much experience that most of us will never have. Thank you again.
After a disastrous experience in purchasing a Presto electric canner, l got SO discouraged about learning about food preservation by canning. You have given me hope! The peaches look beautiful! I have now decided, that water bath canning is the best choice for me. Thank you Rose, & God bless you!!!
Peggy: we are sorry to hear about your Presto canner experience. Congrats on making the decision on water bath canning. Thanks for watching our channel. Jim
Can't wait to try this. I agree with so many others- your info is priceless. Thank you for EVERYthing- telling us about steramine, acid test-strips, all of it. You're the best.
My husband and I canned peaches yesterday. This is the very first thing we've ever canned and we had this video playing the entire time. Because of you we now have several jars of delicious fruit for future use. We can't thank you enough!
I absolutely loved watching this video you made. Now I'm going to go can some peaches - was just given some today!! Thank you for being down to eaerth about your step by steps. It helps.
Peaches coming in now in NC. Planning on doing some canning and this video was not bad timing. Glad to hear I can water bath those. It was pushing 95+ today and I do not want to heat my house up pressure canning. That's why I do all my meat and low acid foods in the winter time.
I’ve water bath canned for years but I now have the Roots and Branches steam/water bath canner. Steaming is so much easier and that canner has a gage to help with when to start canning time. These peaches look amazing. Thank you.
Beautiful. I am going to can some peaches and I was so glad to find your instructions. Now I can get on with it with the correct information. Thank you sooo much.
You brought back some great memories of helping my parents to can Freestone peaches from the trees in our yard in Mary. Truly from tree to jar in a day. I'm looking forward to putting up some Montana peaches for winter this year. Thank you for posting this video.
I've just found your channel - so glad I did. I have a beautiful big peach tree and will bottle some of them for the first time this coming season - end of Feb/early March. (I'm in the southern hemisphere). I've ordered jars, have a stock pot, just need a few extra items and I'll be ready. Thank you for your clear teaching method. I now feel confident of success, without that niggling feeling "have I done it properly and are they safe"? Very grateful that you are sharing your knowledge with us.
So happy to read your comment and I am delighted that you will be canning your own peaches for the first time. It is such a great feeling seeing those beautiful jars of fruit lined up on your shelf! Thanks for your kind words.
@@RoseRedHomestead love your videos. Just pressure canned diced tomatoes without water in jars in my Presto. Electric.. Added fresh basil leaves from my garden to the jars with lemon juice and a quarter teaspoon of sea salt to pint jars...just took them out. Mishap, only one jar, bottom broke off, i forgot to put it back in pot after filling...must have cooled to fast...sigh. But rest are great. Very pretty.
I appreciate your willingness to share knowledge on canning. My mother canned for years and she still does on occasion. I have dabbled in it but want to do more. Thank you so much!
I love your videos, they are full of great hands on information. You explain everything in a manner that anyone can understand. Thank you for your diligence in providing great information that is straight forward
I haven’t purchased a canner yet. However, I did purchase 5 cases of canning jars today to attempt to dry can some beans, rice, and pasta. I love how real your videos are. Thank you so much for being so candid and honest, especially when it comes to things not being perfect. A canner will be the only thing I put on my Christmas list.
So glad this video is still here. I was out grabbing fruits yesterday and picked a giant box of peaches like that from a neighbours yard. I traded him some rabbits and grouse for peaches 😁 Came home and was like oh geeze this is a lot of peaches haha I need Rose lol!
Thank you. I’ve been canning peaches for 25 years. I’ve learned, if the peaches are ripe, the water doesn’t need to be boiling. Very warm water works perfect.
Wow 9 kids. Your mom had her hands full but you gained a lot of excellent knowledge. My grandmother canned, gardened, had all that knowledge from depression/ww2 but never taught us:( Mom didn't either. I have zero home skills knowledge. So thank you from the bottom of my heart. I feel confident to do this. Why did you wash the jars/rings/lids by hand? Are the jars not supposed to go in a dishwasher? How do you make the syrup? What is syphoning? Your vids are sooo informative thank you. I binge watch them.
Pam, you are making me very hungry for that luscious peach! Our peaches here in NC & SC were so awesome this year too. I canned them a couple of ways and froze some halves that I just peeled, cut in half as I pitted them then dipped in fruit fresh so my daughter would have them to eat all winter. She absolutely loves her peaches but has type 2 diabetes so even a light syrup is problematic. She was very pleased. She is disabled from a birth defect and still lives with me and is such a joy for my husband and me. Also, I have to say I absolutely love your kitchen!
Great video. Love the idea of the rings in the bottom of the pot. I will start canning my garden harvest in a few days. We are in upstate NY. So our season starts later than most. Very excited to get it done.
I canned 4 pints of peaches. I didn’t sterile the jar’s. So now I am concerned that they won’t be safe to eat. I don’t want to get anyone in my family sick.🤢 Thank you for all of the knowledge you put into your channel
I finally did or water bath method with my peaches. I used Ball’s Fruit Fresh Product Protector. Yep…nice rolling boil….can’t wait to see how they turn out!! Yippee!!
This has to be the 3rd time that I thought “It would be great if Pam made a video for . . . “ and Pam did. What a great surprise! Now when I go peach-picking next week, I will be well prepared for the work that follows. Thanks so much for being a voice of education, science, logic and data analysis in what is often a wild-west of preserving (I say that because of what I see people writing in various Facebook groups, promoting risky practices). I often recommend videos you have done inside of these groups so people can learn correct processes and the “why” behind them. Have a great weekend!
Thank you so much for your kindness--I really appreciate that. And thanks for your support in sharing our videos. I believe lots of our "thumbs down" responses are from folks who don't like hearing what they are doing is incorrect. But no matter, what is right is right no matter what the response is.
This is a great basic water bath canning tutorial. I am teaching my daughter-in-law to can, and she loves peaches, so I think this will be our first lesson. We can't seem to get freestone peaches where we live, so I will have her peel and then cut the peaches into chunks to can in pint jars. Thanks, Pam and Jim.
“Ask me if I care…” 😂 I love how real you are with canning. It’s just a part of life. ❤️
Thank you for the tutorial!
Ping! 😂
The ping is so exciting for new canners! We heard our first ones last night 😊
I canned some peaches yesterday by your video and I'm wondering if the bubbles in them are safe? It's my first time canning peaches.
Thank you! I DID IT! it was my first attempt at canning and they all came out beautifully!
I used to can with my mom, since she's passed I've been canning with you. Your AWESOME 😎😎😎

Thank you so much Pam, for sharing this knowledge with us! I just purchased 20 pounds of peaches and plan to make my first attempt at canning.

Awesome Thanks Pam.
Yes a back up I will be using
Thank you so very very much for walking through step by step... ❤ my very first year canning my first ever garden...
My mum always used rings instead of a rack too! Ah, the memories of neatly laying out peaches on newspaper before starting to blanche and peel.
Thank you so very much for showing us how to water bath peaches. It's something I've been wanting to do for so many years but I never had the courage to try it until I found you and your videos! I am about your age and one of my favorite memories is when Mom and I canned. We would do at least 12 bushels of peaches every year.
I canned 8pts this year… so far! I guess that’s my favorite canned fruit. It stems from my childhood staying w/my granny & papaw on their farm in rural Ky. Glad you like that! Thank you.
I am a newbie. I am so excited that I found your channel. Thank you.
Another insightful video. I’ve always thought that covering the pot sped up the boiling of the water. Shame on me. I’ve learned something new today. Thank you once again.

Great tip on using rings in the bottom of your canner.

Thank you so much for the simple video. I canned my first haul of peaches because of your video. I want to thank you so much!!
You are so welcome! Jim
You are an absolute gem of a lady and you remind me of my mother so much! I enjoyed this video so much
Those peaches are perfectly imperfect. Love what you do Pam.🇦🇺👍
I love how practical you are , you Crack me up !
Thank you you’re a genius with the lids at the bottom of the canning bath
Jeannine: Thanks for the great comment about Pam. Jim
You are an excellent teacher and I enjoy watching you. I have learned some new things from you. Thank you very much.
Pam, I am getting ready today for pick up tomorrow. I'm getting 2 lugs, Georgia Peach Truck is driving through Oklahoma tomorrow. I am so excited. I've got this.
Deb: You sound absolutely overjoyed. Let us know what you with your two lugs. Jim
I just want to thank you for all the directions you give us. You explain well and take the fear out of those wanting to learn canning. Bless you and your husband for all you do to provide such a wonderful community.
You are so welcome! Thank you for your kind comments.
I do it all the time. I love adding the peach powder to my homemade yogurt.
Peaches 4x that here
Others beat me to the answer on this! They are correct.
Will have to try that
I'm jealous. Peaches $2.50/lb here in the PNW!
Thanks for your comments and for watching our channel. Jim
Love this one Pam. I'm also starting to get a lot of newbies in town who have never put up a jar of anything in their lives wanting to learn. Some of the YT videos scare me to death... I'm having 3 gals over Saturday to learn some basics. Wish me luck!
Mary--that is so good of you! We all need to do our best to help new canners get off on the right track! You are an angel! Thanks for sharing.
Your teaching classes? Wow lucky noobies
Perfect timing. Canning peaches next week for the first time.
Wonderful! You will do great!
You are amazing!! I'm one of the new members of your community and I've learned more from you in the last week than I have from any other source in the last few months!!
Wow--that is so nice of you. Welcome to our community. We are so glad to have you!
I love that you are at my elevation. It makes it easy to follow along with you. Thank you
You are so welcome. Thanks for your comments.
I think the cut side down is just so they stack in top of each other better.
Take care.
Your instructions are so clear and precise, I'm learning a lot from you, thanks for all your time and effort here on TH-cam! You are appreciated.
New Subscriber here. Couldn't thank you enough. Very clear images, voice and following along is easy. Thank you
Thank you for your kind comments and thanks for subbing! Welcome to our community--we are happy to have you join us.
I love watching you, im watching you from Kentucky. You are a great teacher ❤❤
Thank you for watching our channel. Jim
I am so glad to hear that. Thanks for watching and for your comments.
Thank you so much for sharing all your wonderful experiences. I value them so much
Thank you very much.
I go back and watch your videos often , and you are the best! I trust you more than anyone! Of course I also double check with the book. Very detailed and you make me laugh as well! ❤️
You’re so clever. Love the ring idea for your waterbath
Jim
Thank you for another great video, Rose
Love your video! Thank you sweet lady!
I love your stories ❤️ thank you for sharing your life
Thank you for showing how to do this. I don't have enough peaches to do quarts, but I will follow your directions for smaller jars.
We can't thank you enough!
magnificent: You sound like you and your husband were were very successful a canning the peaches: What are you going to do next? Jim
@@RoseRedHomestead Jim, our next adventure is tackling our new dehydrator to finish the leftover peaches. Thank you so much for replying !
I absolutely loved watching this video you made. Now I'm going to go can some peaches - was just given some today!! Thank you for being down to eaerth about your step by steps. It helps.
Such wonderful information for a new water bath canner like me. You answered all my questions. Please keep the videos coming! Thank you.
Ingrid: Thank you! Will do! Jim
Absolutely love your channel! You've taught me so much!
wow oldest of 9! as a kid we did the same canning here on the farm. great to see you passing on the craft to all who want it.
EMF: Yes, Pam loves the idea of passing on her knowledge. Jim
Peaches coming in now in NC. Planning on doing some canning and this video was not bad timing. Glad to hear I can water bath those. It was pushing 95+ today and I do not want to heat my house up pressure canning. That's why I do all my meat and low acid foods in the winter time.
Melissa: sounds like you have it under control. Jim
Thank you for sharing you great knowledge. You make it look so easy!
Thank you! And after you have done it a few time, you will think it is easy as well! Because it is!
I’ve water bath canned for years but I now have the Roots and Branches steam/water bath canner. Steaming is so much easier and that canner has a gage to help with when to start canning time. These peaches look amazing. Thank you.
I see you found the answer.
Beautiful. I am going to can some peaches and I was so glad to find your instructions. Now I can get on with it with the correct information. Thank you sooo much.
You are so welcome!
You brought back some great memories of helping my parents to can Freestone peaches from the trees in our yard in Mary. Truly from tree to jar in a day. I'm looking forward to putting up some Montana peaches for winter this year. Thank you for posting this video.
Our pleasure!
Thank you for all of your videos! I enjoy learning from you, many blessings to you!
Thank you so much.
Thank you for the tip of using the rings on the bottom. I have a pot that the rack was too small. Going to can peaches in the morning.
Brilliant, the mason jar rings to set jars on in the pot❤️
Thank you!
Thank you, I was gifted some peaches and followed your instructions and they did great!
April: Wonderful! Jim
Lid rings for a rack! Soooo smart. I have a small granite stock pot but no rack small enough to fit. The rings will work beautifully!
I appreciate your willingness to share knowledge on canning. My mother canned for years and she still does on occasion. I have dabbled in it but want to do more. Thank you so much!
You are very welcome.
I love your videos, they are full of great hands on information. You explain everything in a manner that anyone can understand. Thank you for your diligence in providing great information that is straight forward
Thank you for watching our channel.
Great video. Growing up we canned peaches every year.. loved it..
Thanks
Thank you.
It sounds like your canner will help a lot.
Dry canning is not an approved method. It could be dangerous.
Beautiful! I had a Jim.Lost my in 2014.
Love your videos. Thank you so much!!! What an awesome way to learn!
You are so welcome! We appreciate your comments.
Thank you so much for the basics
You are welcome.
You mean for slipping the skins? Be sure to use boiling water when you process the jars! Thanks for sharing.
I'm a newbie🙋♀️ thank you so much for your videos! God bless you ♥️
Frankie: You are so welcome! Jim
So glad they are useful for you! Thank you for sharing.
I’ve always done cold pack with light syrup. We always sliced ours into smaller pieces. We would make peach cobbler with them. Thank you.
Thanks for sharing.
Thank you. So glad the way you canned those peaches worked for your daughter. I loved hearing about that.
Thanks for the video. I have a peach tree that is loaded with peaches. I will be canning!!!
You are welcome. Jim
Home canned peaches have the best flavor! Thank you for sharing your superb skills.
They truly do! You are very welcome. Thanks for watching and for your comment.
You are Great!!!!!! Now if I had only had some peaches. Well I dont have but I still enjoy your videos. I also enjoy the micro Monday moments!
Thanks so much for your feedback!
Farmers market usually have fresh peaches just a thought🙂
Great video. Love the idea of the rings in the bottom of the pot. I will start canning my garden harvest in a few days. We are in upstate NY. So our season starts later than most. Very excited to get it done.
Sounds great! Here is wishing you a great harvest and canning adventure!
Yippee!!
Yes, fantastic! Let us know how it turned out.
@@RoseRedHomestead Well, I canned 13 pints of peaches, two failed…..Pftt!!!!! And wow, peaches are a lot of work!! I was really tired after all that….
You are welcome. Thanks for your comments.
