  • In the very big picture(and in a long run), the average price of Japan's property would go down due to the shrinking population.
    However, if you look at the price by a region by region, in some areas such as Tokyo and Yokohama, the price has been rising.

    Question: so if prices are staying the same or going higher in Tokyo, based on your previous comments you stated a combination of decreasing population and Japanese moving to big cities such as Tokyo are possibly the reasons why the demand for property in Tokyo are staying high. So do you believe the prices with be dropping in Zushi / Hayama / and Yokosuka areas?
