If that LEO's attention was drawn to the assassin, and he could clearly be seen by the crowd, from their vantage point, why didn't the LEO shout over to the assassin to freeze, stand-up and put his hands in the air, whilst covering him with his revolver. Instead, bizarrely the LEO goes on a walkabout stroll, seemingly unconcerned at the risk.
This could have totally been prevented. sheer incompetence 😔
