So after the second eclipse at the tower of conviction the writhing flesh masses left a rift in the land itself a huge recordable event almost like the start of something big, and I believe that the terra-formation is what he is point too, I think he doesn’t quite see the future as much as it is a prophecy type thing, where he sees the signs and can’t deny that he is all too familiar with this story like something traumatized into him. think about it this way, we have seen people who can makes prophecies but will not directly tell people what they mean, say skull knight has or had a psychic friend who told him these things on their deathbed or something, so he points at the literal fissure and tries to make it more obvious to guts the gravity of Griffith and his true power in this coming age, guts is unable to see these hints sadly, very often only understanding after it happens. The thing is, maybe this is all fate like the odd few characters say, as though guts was meant to see Griffith revive and so naturally ignores skull knights true direction of intent, or maybe it’s that fish thing skull knight said, guts can’t affect fate but he can change how it reflects back on him and those near him, bargaining with fate as it were, which would require just enough minor changes to steer guts out of the way from the war path of fate, like a splash in the reflection of the moon. Idk which and that question is why I love the series so much.
Berserk is still very impressive even in modern standard. But people back in the 90s or early 2000s didn’t have that level of entertainment. Can you imagine how they feel when they read Berserk?

We don't know who he used to be yet, but I believe Priest Mozgus discussed a man who was viciously tortured by Gaiseric, and the man laid out every sin the King committed while enduring the pain. @@theholygamer969 no i know its just debated whether or not it was the 4 kings or the godhand who actually destroyed the city, its no question all those people were sacrificed by them, but the city itself being destoryed wouldnt add up, the godhand dont exist in the physical world with the exception of a few areas, and judging at least by how griffiths eclipse worked there was a storm creating a small astral plane pocket dimension, it seemingly didnt affect the outside TOO much, surely not enough to level an entire city, my theory is it was actually one of the so called "benevolent" gods who sent the 4 kings to destroy gaiserics city BEFORE the eclipse happened, I also believe this is what drives the great sage into despair (i think the sage is Void and gaiseric is the skull knight, mirroring Femto and guts), from which the sage sacrifices the entire city as to why Gaiseric survived it? im not sure
I remember first reading the Eclipse and seeing Skull Knight bursting in like a total boss, I instantly loved him. I love his design, he looks so cool, Prime1Studios make a really cool 1/4 scale statue of him, I instantly bought it, I look at it every day, it’s amazing.

I feel like SK has manipulated Guts in the same way that the God Hand has manipulated Griffith. During the eclipse, Griffith is told how his bloodline has been manipulated through causality so that he would end up there. I think SK manipulated causality with his own lineage which has resulted in Guts. SK lover was obviously an elf and he even mentions how Guts may have some deep rooted connection to the elves. I think Guts/Griffith are two sides of the same “causality coin” wagered by masters over a millennia old. Even SK knowing how Guts was born is suspicious since he isn’t shown to have foresight. It’s almost as if SK knew the circumstances of Guts’ birth because he was the one who laid the path for it.

I loved Berzerk when i first saw it in the 90's. I have felt like you feel right now since then. And its never going to end. Berzerk will be the biggest blueballs story for a lot of people.
When I read Berserk I always had a feeling the creator was going to die before he finished the story and before I became a middle aged man. Every couple of pages just looked too detailed to finish it in time.

This is the first time his sword his completely failed him. This is also the first time he has “let go” of his sword. Maybe because of this he believes his sword is broken.

Isidro's child like immaturity to want to be ambitious as being the most strongest warrior can very much manifest something Zodd if unchecked.

So if we go by the parallels then Shireke will remove the beast of darkness from Guts which will result in a zodd like manifestation (which make sense. Zodd kind of have this lion like look and beast of darkness has a dog like look. So both have animal type personality) there are so many hints to prove that.

zod is his own character, probably with his own colourful backstory. i think the only relationship zod and skull knight have is they are long time rivals. there are too many counter questions that kind of disprove the theory if u dont have a reasonable explanation for them. cool theory tho
The twist of The Skull Knight being Zahd, I dig it. Makes sense on why they always meet at crucial times too. Knowing this now, I'm very surprised that The Skull Knight didn't make an appearance when Zahd was fighting Griffith and Guts in the Castle when Zahd discovered the Crimson Behilit. Couldn't The Skull Knight try to come in and take the Behilit from Griffith from the castle? Imagine adding that Behilit to the Sword of Actuation and Griffith never became Phempto. trip.

When I was 13 or so my older brother had me watch Berserk the Anime, and I was always super disappointed by how the show ended and actually thought for awhile that it was my least favorite Anime. Not because it wasn't good since it was, but just how many questions were left unanswered; it has always bothered me. Now I am 30, have never read the Manga, but just listening to this brief recounting of more of the story I feel less disappointed in how things seem to turn out for Guts and I appreciate the effort you put into explaining who the Skull Knight is. I can see that with the first and (as a consequence) third games. Skull Knight being an obvious inspiration for Nelo Angelo, Sparda's devil trigger being vaguely similar to Femto, Mundus betraying Sparda and murdering his family in a demonic invasion that's similar to the Eclipse sending one of the two survivors on a quest for power and revenge. The white hair and fair faces of Dante and Vergil denoting a kind of vague preaternatural presence. Never really thought about it before but I can see it.
I honestly thing that Guts ISN'T going to walk the same path as The Skull Knight or Zodd. I think Zodd is separate from Skull Knight, but that they're connected somehow, perhaps just by both being power seekers. My theory on Guts is that he'll become capable of controlling the berserk state and the inner monster, going into Cold Fury, where he is both wrathful and yet utterly calm. I've been in that state a couple times, and it's terrifying, because all the wrath and anger is there, but you're capable of directing it with a greater focus than ever.

My top 3-5 characters of this anime that I didn't know exist until my best bro told me to check out the 3 movies posted on Netflix which cover such a SMALL portion of the actual anime - and there's 0 change of me getting my hands on an english version of the manga (there are NO stores anywhere NEAR my city that sells anything anime or manga related...) 1. Guts! - An absolute brutal warrior, the 100-man Slayer, the Commander of the Raiders, a young Mercenary that rekt ole Big Boy with that weird Axe. Furthermore, from his BIRTH, he has not "lived" but "survived" constantly... his very own birth was a miracle of survival... falling out of his pregnant mother as she was hung from a tree. That alone showed testament to his WILL to live, hence why I believe the Skull Knight has watched over him since the beginning, thus his nickname for Guts; "The Struggler" since he knows his birth story and more. Having a vision of the Skull Knight, someone who was implicated in a former eclipse, survived it, yet has powers from it similar to how the other "Archangels" (which i have a hard time calling them that but, let's say for a minute its from Christian Religious beliefs, the Creatures of the Creator are not only UNKNOWN to Mortal Men, but also their appearance being absolutely terrifying and their machinations being beyond the comprehension as said mortal men). At any rate, I feel like the Skull Knight broke free of the God Hand when he saw he had lost his woman in his Sacrificial ceremony and has used his powers to fight these 'Archangels' and that's why there's only 4 on the Godhand instead of 5, hence why they've been grooming Griffith since Birth by showing a peasant boy a fake Castle in the Sky which shaped his entire childhood to have his own kingdom at ANY COST, including the fact he wouldn't have gotten there without his Mercenary group and especially had he not saved Casca or luckily recruited Guts. Guts ALMOST saved him from himself [Griffith's self] however, after being secretly given an assassination order to Midland's King's Brother, the Blonde Knight that theoretically would be next in line to serve as King has already taken a potshot at killing him during the Fox hunt... and the poison tipped arrow was not only a failure but it was a direct failure due to the Behelit/Beherit. They also deduce this poison is a secret one ONLY used by the Royal Midland Family.... so when Guts went to Assassinate the Princess's Uncle... something devastating happened that broke Guts from Griffiths' spell - the ACCIDENTAL killing of the child, the Uncle's son... as well as some foot soldiers that he escaped from And when Casca and others are at the slum's bar, they're looking for him only for him to appear, soaked in water, with a thousand yard stare (that he's NEVER HAD in the dozens upon dozens of TOTAL WARFARE and many KILLINGS, even when he saved Casca when she fell off the cliff from that annoying loudmouth Knight saying the battlefield was NO PLACE for a woman, and she was on her period... which sucks. She hated being a woman as that monthly reason made her weaker... had that not happened, Guts wouldn't have been able to set that Loudmouth knight flying as well as grab her and succinctly save her from (A. Drowning B. Sinking in the river and C. Dying from Hypothermia/getting through her period and lastly, D. Saving her from the enemy Loudmouth Knight and his command over soldiers that were looking for those two after they went over. And the Midland King REFUSED to help Griffith send a search party for them, believing they were dead... which bothered me given how much the Band of the Hawk has achieved for HIM; regardless of it being Griffith's strategy, the warriors had to be glorious enough to pull it off and Guts was an absolute MONSTER on the battlefield, similarly Casca was the female counterpart to Guts being the sword of death on said battlefields. So when the Midland King refused to send a search and rescue, Griffith had to send his own because he had fallen in love with Guts... even though its not said, its very much seen. He also had zero prior interest in Casca beyond a little sister + another body in his army. It was only after he was saved and saw their love for one another [Guts/Casca] and Guts hushed pleas for Casca to leave with him.... that's what caused Griffith to try to S.A. her... but it was impossible so she just let hm lie on top of her. 2. Casca! 3. Skull Knight / His Former Human Self - eluded to when the remaining members of the Band of the Hawk + Guts + the Princess let them in to rescue Griffith, they're being told the ancient story from over a thousand years ago where we're shown an ancient Greek-like Temple and TONS upon TONS of skulls with the brand of Sacrifice directly on the middle of their forehead. 4. Void (3 and 4 can be swapped without question) - Void is one of my favorite of the current God Hand due to his design, the way he speaks, and the few abilities he's shown when Skull Knight tries to save them from the Brand of Sacrifice [tho too late] he does rescue Guts and Casca... sadly, it brought Casca which in turn broke me and made me absolutely DETEST Griffith which is ultimately the SOUL of Griffith even in his Femto form. I do not even LIKE the new name "Femto" but I WILL say his ability to use psychic attacks to the point it collapses a gravity-type well into a singularity / black hole without a permanent point that sucks in all light. The way the animators showed his first ability to be that of taking a spatial dimension and collapse it from a range, thus making me believe it to be a psychic ability to create a collapse of mass into a singularity which is a brutal attack. Along with his initial pushing back of Guts' broken sword yet Guts' sheer will OVERPOWERED it ever so slightly. Griffith will NEVER be on my favorites list nor his new 'form' because this new form is and has ALWAYS been Griffith at his soul's center. 5. TBC

Skull Knight is Gaiseric's will. The thing that allows him to be a struggler, to swim against the stream of causality. Zodd is his beast if Darkness. His animal urges that submit to causality. They must have split because the Berserker armour allowed for a sort of eclipse. Where it brings a person's beast of darkness out into clear view. Thus allowing his will to sever itself from his bodily urges. Because Miura was so obviously influenced by Jung, I think we can safely conclude that this was a failure. A person is supposed to recognise and accept their shadow _(beast of darkness)_ as part of their true self. But temper and control it to go through a true individuation. This is why the Skull Knight is so distant and cold. In severing himself from his beast of darkness, he also severed his humanity. As the lost chapter says, the idea of evil is what lies at the hearts of all humanity. To rise above this darkness we don't cut it away and pretend it doesn't exist. We accept that it is part of our nature and use our will to control it and rise above. This is what Guts is going to have to do to become the definitive Miuraian hero. He needs to recognise his beast, accept it as part of himself and exert true control over it.
The Skull Knight is Guts. Guts eventually becomes the skull knight and gains the power to traverse time and space. This is why skull knight knows about everything and is everywhere, because as guts he already lived through it all. Though I'm not sure if he was the first.
And if SK is actually a future version of Guts, why didn't he prevent the events of the Eclipse from occurring instead of merely giving Guts a vague prophecy?
Ok but my question about skull knight, the only real question I want answers, is how did Skull Knight know Guts was born from a corpse? He comes to warn him, drops he knows who he is, and then leave just to save em later.
Skull Knight & Zod being the same person makes no sense. They have completely different personalities and the timeline doesn’t line up. I actually think that Void might be King Gaiseric. How does he sacrifice so many people? He would need to have a connection to them. I think Skull Knight might be the kings son and tried to overthrow Gaiseric, maybe that woman was his wife who the son was in a secret relationship with. And the eclipse happened as his son challenged him. This is a massive leap based solely on how Void was able to sacrifice so many people. In order to do that he would need a strong connection to them, so he would need to have been their leader, like Griffith with the Band of the Hawk.
I believe Void was very close to King Gaiseric/Skull Knight and was tired of how the king ruled the kingdom. He cared for the people along with the queen/skull knights lover, but not for King Gaiseric. I feel like he spoke up against the injustice, and because of that he was tortured like Griffith and then eventually summoned the Godhand. He sacrificed the people of the kingdom and the Queen, but couldn’t sacrifice King Gaiseric because he did not care for him. Too many parallels between King Gaiseric and Skull Knight for them to not be the same character
I think that Gaiseric/SK is related to Void in some familial capacity. I feel like in their human days, SK conquered the world alongside his brother, but Void never got the proper recognition and was envious of his brother and his lover. Probably after speaking out against Gaiseric and revealing his power comes from the berserker armor/magic, Gaiseric had him imprisoned and tortured. However, because he built the kingdom alongside Gaiseric he also cares for it making it able to be sacrificed.
I totally believe you are right. I’ll check out the video but I’ve been thinking about it and Zodd is the only apostle that doesn’t have his “human” face in his apostle body. Every apostle has the face of the more human form somewhere on the body. Zodd doesn’t and skull knight had that face on the top of his helmet that looks a lot like Zodd.
As much as I hate to say it. But with the way that last chapter ended, I believe Guts will become an astral being eventually like Skull Knight and join him against the war fighting the Godhand. I also believe this is the only way Guts will finally defeat Griffith.

@@theholygamer969 no i know its just debated whether or not it was the 4 kings or the godhand who actually destroyed the city, its no question all those people were sacrificed by them, but the city itself being destoryed wouldnt add up, the godhand dont exist in the physical world with the exception of a few areas, and judging at least by how griffiths eclipse worked there was a storm creating a small astral plane pocket dimension, it seemingly didnt affect the outside TOO much, surely not enough to level an entire city, my theory is it was actually one of the so called "benevolent" gods who sent the 4 kings to destroy gaiserics city BEFORE the eclipse happened, I also believe this is what drives the great sage into despair (i think the sage is Void and gaiseric is the skull knight, mirroring Femto and guts), from which the sage sacrifices the entire city as to why Gaiseric survived it? im not sure
I remember first reading the Eclipse and seeing Skull Knight bursting in like a total boss, I instantly loved him. I love his design, he looks so cool, Prime1Studios make a really cool 1/4 scale statue of him, I instantly bought it, I look at it every day, it’s amazing.

I feel like SK has manipulated Guts in the same way that the God Hand has manipulated Griffith. During the eclipse, Griffith is told how his bloodline has been manipulated through causality so that he would end up there. I think SK manipulated causality with his own lineage which has resulted in Guts. SK lover was obviously an elf and he even mentions how Guts may have some deep rooted connection to the elves. I think Guts/Griffith are two sides of the same “causality coin” wagered by masters over a millennia old. Even SK knowing how Guts was born is suspicious since he isn’t shown to have foresight. It’s almost as if SK knew the circumstances of Guts’ birth because he was the one who laid the path for it.

Berserk is my all time favorite manga. Ever since I have caught up I have been binging lore videos because I simply can’t get enough. Rest In Peace to Kentaro Miura.
I loved Berzerk when i first saw it in the 90's. I have felt like you feel right now since then. And its never going to end. Berzerk will be the biggest blueballs story for a lot of people.
When I read Berserk I always had a feeling the creator was going to die before he finished the story and before I became a middle aged man. Every couple of pages just looked too detailed to finish it in time.

When I was 13 or so my older brother had me watch Berserk the Anime, and I was always super disappointed by how the show ended and actually thought for awhile that it was my least favorite Anime. Not because it wasn't good since it was, but just how many questions were left unanswered; it has always bothered me. Now I am 30, have never read the Manga, but just listening to this brief recounting of more of the story I feel less disappointed in how things seem to turn out for Guts and I appreciate the effort you put into explaining who the Skull Knight is. I can see that with the first and (as a consequence) third games. Skull Knight being an obvious inspiration for Nelo Angelo, Sparda's devil trigger being vaguely similar to Femto, Mundus betraying Sparda and murdering his family in a demonic invasion that's similar to the Eclipse sending one of the two survivors on a quest for power and revenge. The white hair and fair faces of Dante and Vergil denoting a kind of vague preaternatural presence. Never really thought about it before but I can see it.
I honestly thing that Guts ISN'T going to walk the same path as The Skull Knight or Zodd. I think Zodd is separate from Skull Knight, but that they're connected somehow, perhaps just by both being power seekers.
My theory on Guts is that he'll become capable of controlling the berserk state and the inner monster, going into Cold Fury, where he is both wrathful and yet utterly calm.
I've been in that state a couple times, and it's terrifying, because all the wrath and anger is there, but you're capable of directing it with a greater focus than ever.

My top 3-5 characters of this anime that I didn't know exist until my best bro told me to check out the 3 movies posted on Netflix which cover such a SMALL portion of the actual anime - and there's 0 change of me getting my hands on an english version of the manga (there are NO stores anywhere NEAR my city that sells anything anime or manga related...)
1. Guts! - An absolute brutal warrior, the 100-man Slayer, the Commander of the Raiders, a young Mercenary that rekt ole Big Boy with that weird Axe. Furthermore, from his BIRTH, he has not "lived" but "survived" constantly... his very own birth was a miracle of survival... falling out of his pregnant mother as she was hung from a tree. That alone showed testament to his WILL to live, hence why I believe the Skull Knight has watched over him since the beginning, thus his nickname for Guts; "The Struggler" since he knows his birth story and more. Having a vision of the Skull Knight, someone who was implicated in a former eclipse, survived it, yet has powers from it similar to how the other "Archangels" (which i have a hard time calling them that but, let's say for a minute its from Christian Religious beliefs, the Creatures of the Creator are not only UNKNOWN to Mortal Men, but also their appearance being absolutely terrifying and their machinations being beyond the comprehension as said mortal men). At any rate, I feel like the Skull Knight broke free of the God Hand when he saw he had lost his woman in his Sacrificial ceremony and has used his powers to fight these 'Archangels' and that's why there's only 4 on the Godhand instead of 5, hence why they've been grooming Griffith since Birth by showing a peasant boy a fake Castle in the Sky which shaped his entire childhood to have his own kingdom at ANY COST, including the fact he wouldn't have gotten there without his Mercenary group and especially had he not saved Casca or luckily recruited Guts. Guts ALMOST saved him from himself [Griffith's self] however, after being secretly given an assassination order to Midland's King's Brother, the Blonde Knight that theoretically would be next in line to serve as King has already taken a potshot at killing him during the Fox hunt... and the poison tipped arrow was not only a failure but it was a direct failure due to the Behelit/Beherit. They also deduce this poison is a secret one ONLY used by the Royal Midland Family.... so when Guts went to Assassinate the Princess's Uncle... something devastating happened that broke Guts from Griffiths' spell - the ACCIDENTAL killing of the child, the Uncle's son... as well as some foot soldiers that he escaped from
And when Casca and others are at the slum's bar, they're looking for him only for him to appear, soaked in water, with a thousand yard stare (that he's NEVER HAD in the dozens upon dozens of TOTAL WARFARE and many KILLINGS, even when he saved Casca when she fell off the cliff from that annoying loudmouth Knight saying the battlefield was NO PLACE for a woman, and she was on her period... which sucks. She hated being a woman as that monthly reason made her weaker... had that not happened, Guts wouldn't have been able to set that Loudmouth knight flying as well as grab her and succinctly save her from (A. Drowning B. Sinking in the river and C. Dying from Hypothermia/getting through her period and lastly, D. Saving her from the enemy Loudmouth Knight and his command over soldiers that were looking for those two after they went over. And the Midland King REFUSED to help Griffith send a search party for them, believing they were dead... which bothered me given how much the Band of the Hawk has achieved for HIM; regardless of it being Griffith's strategy, the warriors had to be glorious enough to pull it off and Guts was an absolute MONSTER on the battlefield, similarly Casca was the female counterpart to Guts being the sword of death on said battlefields. So when the Midland King refused to send a search and rescue, Griffith had to send his own because he had fallen in love with Guts... even though its not said, its very much seen. He also had zero prior interest in Casca beyond a little sister + another body in his army. It was only after he was saved and saw their love for one another [Guts/Casca] and Guts hushed pleas for Casca to leave with him.... that's what caused Griffith to try to S.A. her... but it was impossible so she just let hm lie on top of her.

3. Skull Knight / His Former Human Self - eluded to when the remaining members of the Band of the Hawk + Guts + the Princess let them in to rescue Griffith, they're being told the ancient story from over a thousand years ago where we're shown an ancient Greek-like Temple and TONS upon TONS of skulls with the brand of Sacrifice directly on the middle of their forehead.
4. Void (3 and 4 can be swapped without question) - Void is one of my favorite of the current God Hand due to his design, the way he speaks, and the few abilities he's shown when Skull Knight tries to save them from the Brand of Sacrifice [tho too late] he does rescue Guts and Casca... sadly, it brought Casca which in turn broke me and made me absolutely DETEST Griffith which is ultimately the SOUL of Griffith even in his Femto form. I do not even LIKE the new name "Femto" but I WILL say his ability to use psychic attacks to the point it collapses a gravity-type well into a singularity / black hole without a permanent point that sucks in all light. The way the animators showed his first ability to be that of taking a spatial dimension and collapse it from a range, thus making me believe it to be a psychic ability to create a collapse of mass into a singularity which is a brutal attack. Along with his initial pushing back of Guts' broken sword yet Guts' sheer will OVERPOWERED it ever so slightly. Griffith will NEVER be on my favorites list nor his new 'form' because this new form is and has ALWAYS been Griffith at his soul's center.

Skull Knight is Gaiseric's will. The thing that allows him to be a struggler, to swim against the stream of causality.
Zodd is his beast if Darkness. His animal urges that submit to causality.
They must have split because the Berserker armour allowed for a sort of eclipse. Where it brings a person's beast of darkness out into clear view. Thus allowing his will to sever itself from his bodily urges.
Because Miura was so obviously influenced by Jung, I think we can safely conclude that this was a failure. A person is supposed to recognise and accept their shadow _(beast of darkness)_ as part of their true self. But temper and control it to go through a true individuation.
This is why the Skull Knight is so distant and cold. In severing himself from his beast of darkness, he also severed his humanity. As the lost chapter says, the idea of evil is what lies at the hearts of all humanity. To rise above this darkness we don't cut it away and pretend it doesn't exist. We accept that it is part of our nature and use our will to control it and rise above.
This is what Guts is going to have to do to become the definitive Miuraian hero.
He needs to recognise his beast, accept it as part of himself and exert true control over it.
If you think about it, skull Knight and Godot are the only good father figures Guts had.
Once I saw how he created the sword of actuation, he instantly became my favorite.
The Skull Knight is Guts. Guts eventually becomes the skull knight and gains the power to traverse time and space. This is why skull knight knows about everything and is everywhere, because as guts he already lived through it all. Though I'm not sure if he was the first.

Skull Knight & Zod being the same person makes no sense. They have completely different personalities and the timeline doesn’t line up. I actually think that Void might be King Gaiseric. How does he sacrifice so many people? He would need to have a connection to them. I think Skull Knight might be the kings son and tried to overthrow Gaiseric, maybe that woman was his wife who the son was in a secret relationship with. And the eclipse happened as his son challenged him.
This is a massive leap based solely on how Void was able to sacrifice so many people. In order to do that he would need a strong connection to them, so he would need to have been their leader, like Griffith with the Band of the Hawk.
I believe Void was very close to King Gaiseric/Skull Knight and was tired of how the king ruled the kingdom. He cared for the people along with the queen/skull knights lover, but not for King Gaiseric. I feel like he spoke up against the injustice, and because of that he was tortured like Griffith and then eventually summoned the Godhand. He sacrificed the people of the kingdom and the Queen, but couldn’t sacrifice King Gaiseric because he did not care for him. Too many parallels between King Gaiseric and Skull Knight for them to not be the same character
I think that Gaiseric/SK is related to Void in some familial capacity. I feel like in their human days, SK conquered the world alongside his brother, but Void never got the proper recognition and was envious of his brother and his lover. Probably after speaking out against Gaiseric and revealing his power comes from the berserker armor/magic, Gaiseric had him imprisoned and tortured. However, because he built the kingdom alongside Gaiseric he also cares for it making it able to be sacrificed.
I totally believe you are right. I’ll check out the video but I’ve been thinking about it and Zodd is the only apostle that doesn’t have his “human” face in his apostle body. Every apostle has the face of the more human form somewhere on the body. Zodd doesn’t and skull knight had that face on the top of his helmet that looks a lot like Zodd.
As much as I hate to say it. But with the way that last chapter ended, I believe Guts will become an astral being eventually like Skull Knight and join him against the war fighting the Godhand. I also believe this is the only way Guts will finally defeat Griffith.
