Just a tip... you supposed to push down on the unit to adhere the suction cups so the unit is firmly in place. Then use that white handle(that you don't use) to apply forward pressure and then gently turn the turning handle. If you apply forward pressure with the turning handle as you are in the video you could break the handle.
I've been going crazy trying to find out what that lever below the handle is for. It's never been mentioned in any instructions or videos that I've come across. Will have to try your suggestion.
The Spiralizer is great! I use it since I started eating more low carb. The zuccini noodles are really great replacement for normal noodles. Or even with an Indian curry instead of rice... Love it!
I love my spiralizer! My youngest son is on a gluten-free diet so it comes in handy for making zucchini pasta for him. I also like using it for curly fries.
I just got a spiralizer for my birthday and bought zucchini yesterday to make noodles!!! I was already excited, but you got me even more excited to use it! :) Great video!!!
Thanks! It looks very easy, I just bought one and excited to try it out!! You are right, too! I didn't know how to use it so I came right to TH-cam to find out... and found your video straight away... Very good explanation.. thank you.
Thank you so much Leyla for this tutorial! I just bought a spiralizer today, took it out & couldn't figure out how to make the 'noodles' come out! I didn't realize you had to press down on where the blade is housed! The instructions didn't explain that! I just put a cucumber through to try it & now I am eating those wonderful 'noodles' with herb dressing! Can't wait to try a zucchini next! Blessings from Ont-ari-ari-ari-O, Canada! :)
Thanks so much Leyla! I waited until the last minute to try to use it (I take it to work tomorrow!) and the directions gave me NADA!!!!! You are a life saver.

Thank you for sharing. I had this machine for a long time and never used it. Took out today but didn’t know how to use it. Founding your video was helpful
Thank you for the video, Leyla. I got the Spiralizer assembled, but I couldn't figure out how to attach the vegetable to it until I watched your video. After watching it, it was easy peasy!
I bought three (gifts for two daughters and myself) but was totally lost until I received this demo from the seller who suggested this demo. Thank you so much! Maybe now we can begin using this tool.
Just got my kitchen tool and needed to make certain which blade to use and you hit the nail on the head.Thank you for this quick and simple but valued video.
I'm so glad I watched your video because I was seconds away from returning this thing to Walmart. 😆 the instructions on the box were not helpful. thanks again! ❤👍
I am laughing - my story is EXACTLY the same as yours Dana, including even that it came from Walmart. I had lost the bill or it would have been back there by now.
Omg !!! i've actually been wondering how to use one of these!! a lot of recipes i look at require that i use one of these but i had no idea until now !! thank you leyla :D
Thanks! I have watched my daughter use her Spiralizer, so I ordered one of my own, but could not figure out how to use it. I have an organic garden and I will now have more uses for zucchini and squash! Yay!
thanks. my wife asked me to spiral her zucchini and we have the same thing and you're video was simple to follow. we have a handle at the bottom of the crank and that helps with keeping pressure
I really appreciate your detailed instructions! I almost threw mine in the recycling bin, now I'm off to Costco to get some veggies and give it another try.
Thank you for the demonstration. Will have to try a spiralizer soon since we're eating low carb and have certain family friends who are gluten free. Do you have an Italian recipe?
Omg! This looks soo simple, but I bought the paderno 4 blade spiralizer, and crazy about making zuchinni noodles, I couldn't do it at all... I placed the zucchini just like you did here and just didn't work for me, so I got aggravated and gave up, and ended up slicing my damm thumb while washing the blade I used, so that thing got packed and put away. I sure don't want to see it any time soon. even though I had to cut the zucchini by hand with my knife, my zucchini noodles turned out DELICIOUS!....be carefull yall because those blades are super sharp. I will maybe try it again because it looks so great the way they come out using the spiralizer.
I use one of these at work... We do carrots :) our old ones handle broke off so be careful. I also suggest cutting off both ends of the veggie so that the prongs on the handle side are supported better. This makes it easier and less likely to break off a prong. Fun kitchen tool for sure!
Thank you so much for taking the time out of your day to make a video that shows how to use this. I bought mine and was quite confused and a little disappointed that there was no actual instructions with the box.
I bought mine sometime ago at Kroger, for the life of me I dunno what I did with the box or the instructions and couldn't figure out how to work the thing. You're a lifesaver thank you for the video!
Thank you so much for giving us such an interesting video. Your video makes everything so easy and so enjoyable to watch. I actually never ever heard a Spiralizer before until today when I heard it on a TV program and also heard that it was invented in Japan which is where I am living in, but still never heard of this product. Living in Japan has given me so many opportunities to experiment and create lots of new and very healthy dishes. So, thanks again and please feel free if you would like to ask me any questions about anything. Regards John E
I've had mine for about two years too (one those impulse things you buy at Aldi then forget you've got it) and used it last night for the first time. Do you know what the lever below the handle is for?
Omg you made it look so easy I brought mine and didnt use it because i couldnt work it. Ended up with an arm ache. And was going to give it away. After your video mines out making noodles for my lunch .... thank you x
How do you make it turn out so nice? I have one but when I spiralize it I sometimes get shredded pieces (from the small blade holes) why does that happen?!
Wow I got this at a yard sale yesterday. I wanted one, but didn't want to pay $50 which was the price I saw it for when I was looking for one. Now I can make my veggie noodles, thank you for your video!❤
Demonstration starts at 1:35. Actual spiralizing starts at 2:50.
Thank you :-)
Tnx
Thank you..
Champion. Thank you!
Bless you

I tried pushing lightly & hard but it's not making noodles. I did everything like what you said but it's working. waaahhh!!! :'(
not working. not making noodles
I've been going crazy trying to find out what that lever below the handle is for. It's never been mentioned in any instructions or videos that I've come across. Will have to try your suggestion.
@@RonsonDalby The white lever at the bottom (at least on mine) attaches the suction cups to the counter. Release it when you are done
Thank you for doing this. Just got that exact model from the charity shop I volunteer at. Really helpful and simple
The Spiralizer is great! I use it since I started eating more low carb. The zuccini noodles are really great replacement for normal noodles. Or even with an Indian curry instead of rice... Love it!
Yummy! I will try that.
Thank you soooo much!!! I just bought one at the thrift store and it wasn't in a box, so no directions! You saved me!👍🎉
I love my spiralizer! My youngest son is on a gluten-free diet so it comes in handy for making zucchini pasta for him. I also like using it for curly fries.

1:36 and she finally gets into showing the spiralzer

Diana: Quite true LMAO!

I agree and forgive her

Simple. I just bought one at a yard sale, complete with attachments. So your tutorial comes in handy.
Your hair looks great in this video! You've really inspired me to eat healthier with this channel.
The company that made the model I bought has a short video on TH-cam, but yours was MUCH more helpful. Thank you thank you thank you for posting!
