So according to STP enzymes are lock and substrate are keys 🗝️

I hope you're fine and doing good.
Sir enzyme is a key according to ptb, federal, kpk functionally. It is not wrong. While substrate is a lock. So I think enzyme as a key and substrate as a lock makes more sense functionally but vice versa of this makes more sense structurally.

According to federal lock is substrate which changes into product as lock is unlocked(changed form)
Enzyme is not changed as key is not changed during unlocking
So according to this functionally enzyme is key and substrate is lock
