@@vaulthunter6961 that's not the only particular reason. Almost all - if not all - cartels are located in regions, where the drug buisness rule the world, like mexico, as an primary example. Dubai has almost no drug plantations in contrast to mexico, because the drug buisness isnt ''the game'' to earn money. Also, as you've mentioned completely right, the poverty of those countries the cartels reside, are another key factor. Dubai as a contrast is a really rich country - as all know it - so the people who reside in Dubai are in mass rather wealthy.
In addition, the laws in Dubai are really fucking strict, as even the children's of Mohammed Bin Salman would get arrested, if they violate the law, because they would in this case hurt the image of the Saudi ''royal-family'', which could result to revolts against the family or even the loose of their superior status/ respect.

I had encounter with one of cartel member and i was scared when i was on vacation in mexico, he said dont be afraid we dont hurt innoccent people only those who disrespect us. He also said u are safe in this country the only problem is that they will be notifide of stranger but wont harm you

I was thinking the same thing. How would you go about, and feel even remotely safe trying to get involved with lets say selling them drugs? It seems like a no win situation.

For everything is temporary, even the cartels got to agree even they won't keep all their stuff indefinitely for God's calling to his court comes for us all. I'm in my late 40s now and that happened when I was 27. I've never changed my story and I still remember the cop's name. I found out I was pregnant soon after that. My husband and I been trying for a long time. Part of the reason I let it go. Now my daughter is 18. I kick myself for being so easily scared.
