Japchae - Korean Glass Noodles (कोरियन नूडल्स रेसिपी)

Japchae Ingredients
350g Sweet Potato Starch Noodles
4-5 pcs of any kind of Mushroom
1 Red Capsicum
1 Carrot
1 Onion
2-3 Garlic Cloves
1 small Bunch of Spinach
some Spring onion
Chilli as per taste
Soy/ Tamari Sauce
Salt to taste
Oil
