I’m thrilled you liked the decorations too-it was so fun putting everything together. We were absolutely stunned by the amount of snow! It’s so rare for us to get snow, if at all, and especially this early in winter. Schools and public transport were actually cancelled for 24 hours until they could sort things out. The garden really does transform into a winter wonderland, doesn’t it? I’m so glad you enjoyed it! I hope you get to experience the snow again one day soon-it’s truly a magical sight. I don’t have a direct link for the mini cake stands as I got mine from TKMaxx, but I can tell you the brand-it’s Maioliche Jessica. I quickly Googled it and it looks like they have a similar one at John Lewis, though it’s slightly bigger; oh and someone is selling exactly the same one that I have on ebay! How serendipitous that the snow came when it did, adding to your decorations. That scene of your Christmas tree and the snowy garden through the window, would make a beautiful Christmas Card. :) ... The climate where I live in the U.S. is almost a mirror image to yours in the U.K. ... We generally don't get snow until January, ...rarely an actual white Christmas which is so welcomed.. But I do feel snow will come early this year here as well. It is so wonderful how snow magically mutes all the daily noises. The magic of peace that comes with the snowfall is unfortunately joined by the not so welcome tasks as well and the fact that I tend to get snowed in for a week each time, but I am always thankful that I have time to take a walk through the crunchy snow, having a snowball fight with my doggie and watching him shred the little snowmen I work so hard to build. I relish the quiet and the birds flitting through the laden branches and the happy Chickadees perching on my hand or head, grateful for the warmth they get from me as I feed them treats. ... Bentornata ! Ti ho lasciata con le decorazioni autunnali ed ora l'inverno è arrivato a casa tua.La tua cucina è sempre deliziosa.Riesci a creare angoli magici con piccoli particolari. La neve poi...tanta fa diventare tutto magico e tranquillo,soffice e allo stesso tempo un po' " croccante". Sinceramente io non amo molto le decorazioni natalizie.Al momento mi godo ancora quelle autunnali e , sinceramente ,mi dispiace doverle togliere.Tuttavia dopo la prima settimana di dicembre inizierò a cambiare le decorazioni,ma l'albero rigorosamente per tradizione ,non lo metterò prima del giorno dell'Immacolata.I miei ragazzi vorrebbero un albero più grande,ma io sono restia.. Comunque generalmente faccio cose molto semplici: adorno il cesto sopra la vetrina in arte napoletana del 700 con rami di stagione ,cambio il centrotavola con candele natalizie,le tovaglie e così via,non uso il presepe ma metto un piccolo paesaggio con casette colorate e ranto alberi in miniatura,una ghirlanda alla porta cuscini in tema( ma senza personaggi )e per me è sufficiente 😂.Cerco di essere pratica ,pur creando uno spazio accogliente.Questanno purtroppo non ho capito la legna per accendere il camino.Terro' quella rimasta solo per le occasioni,per creare una atmosfera più confortevole per gli ospiti.Buon inverno mia cara!

We were actually stunned to see such a huge amount of snow! It’s so rare for us to get snow, especially this early in winter-we hardly ever see any, if at all. The snowfall was so heavy that schools and public transport were cancelled for 24 hours until they could sort things out. It’s funny how something so beautiful can cause such chaos! I can only imagine what it must be like where you are if you get even more snow than we did. Stay safe and warm! ❄️😊

Hanno anche un negozio online, ma devo dire che non ho visto tante decorazioni quanto in negozio, quindi se puoi, ti consiglio di visitare un negozio fisico. We were absolutely stunned by the amount of snow! It’s so rare for us to get snow, if at all, and especially this early in winter. Schools and public transport were actually cancelled for 24 hours until they could sort things out. The garden really does transform into a winter wonderland, doesn’t it? I’m so glad you enjoyed it! I don’t have a direct link for the mini cake stands as I got mine from TKMaxx, but I can tell you the brand-it’s Maioliche Jessica. I quickly Googled it and it looks like they have a similar one at John Lewis, though it’s slightly bigger; oh and someone is selling exactly the same one that I have on ebay! (under: cake stand scalloped ruffled edge white by Maioliche Jessica, made in Italy). I hope this was helpful?

The cats went back to their cosy homes, but I did notice some little footprints in the snow and I was wondering if one of them ventured out to explore or if it was something else. The other day, I saw a fox-it was amazing! He was so skilled, moving like a cat, hopping around like an acrobat! The neighbours have a chicken coop, so he comes around when no one’s looking, trying to sneak one away. 🦊🐾

How serendipitous that the snow came when it did, adding to your decorations. That scene of your Christmas tree and the snowy garden through the window, would make a beautiful Christmas Card. :) ... The climate where I live in the U.S. is almost a mirror image to yours in the U.K. ... We generally don't get snow until January, ...rarely an actual white Christmas which is so welcomed.. But I do feel snow will come early this year here as well. It is so wonderful how snow magically mutes all the daily noises. The magic of peace that comes with the snowfall is unfortunately joined by the not so welcome tasks as well and the fact that I tend to get snowed in for a week each time, but I am always thankful that I have time to take a walk through the crunchy snow, having a snowball fight with my doggie and watching him shred the little snowmen I work so hard to build. I relish the quiet and the birds flitting through the laden branches and the happy Chickadees perching on my hand or head, grateful for the warmth they get from me as I feed them treats. ... Bentornata ! Ti ho lasciata con le decorazioni autunnali ed ora l'inverno è arrivato a casa tua.La tua cucina è sempre deliziosa.Riesci a creare angoli magici con piccoli particolari.
La neve poi...tanta fa diventare tutto magico e tranquillo,soffice e allo stesso tempo un po' " croccante". Sinceramente io non amo molto le decorazioni natalizie.Al momento mi godo ancora quelle autunnali e , sinceramente ,mi dispiace doverle togliere.Tuttavia dopo la prima settimana di dicembre inizierò a cambiare le decorazioni,ma l'albero rigorosamente per tradizione ,non lo metterò prima del giorno dell'Immacolata.I miei ragazzi vorrebbero un albero più grande,ma io sono restia.. Comunque generalmente faccio cose molto semplici: adorno il cesto sopra la vetrina in arte napoletana del 700 con rami di stagione ,cambio il centrotavola con candele natalizie,le tovaglie e così via,non uso il presepe ma metto un piccolo paesaggio con casette colorate e ranto alberi in miniatura,una ghirlanda alla porta cuscini in tema( ma senza personaggi )e per me è sufficiente 😂.Cerco di essere pratica ,pur creando uno spazio accogliente.Questanno purtroppo non ho capito la legna per accendere il camino.Terro' quella rimasta solo per le occasioni,per creare una atmosfera più confortevole per gli ospiti.Buon inverno mia cara!

Per quanto riguarda la neve, siamo rimasti assolutamente sorpresi nel vedere una quantità così grande! È così raro che nevichi da noi, e soprattutto così presto in inverno. Normalmente non abbiamo molta neve, se ce n'è, quindi quando è arrivata, tutto sembrava essersi fermato. Le scuole e i trasporti pubblici sono stati effettivamente cancellati per 24 ore finché non hanno sistemato tutto. Ha davvero reso tutto magico, proprio come hai detto tu, e sono felice che abbia reso questa stagione ancora più speciale.
Hai un modo così bello di rendere tutto speciale, ed è chiaro che il tuo spazio è pieno di amore e cura. Posso solo immaginare quanto dev'essere accogliente e festoso con le tue decorazioni personali e sentite. We got our first snow but we didn't get as much as you but where I live we can get even more than that
We were actually stunned to see such a huge amount of snow! It’s so rare for us to get snow, especially this early in winter-we hardly ever see any, if at all. The snowfall was so heavy that schools and public transport were cancelled for 24 hours until they could sort things out. It’s funny how something so beautiful can cause such chaos! I can only imagine what it must be like where you are if you get even more snow than we did. Stay safe and warm! ❄️😊

That’s amazing! It must make such a difference to have everything so well-organised and ready for heavy snow. Over here, it’s a bit of a different story-we rarely get much snow, so when it does come, it feels like the whole country pauses for a moment while we figure things out. Thank you so much! 😊 I’m so glad you like the kitchen and garden! For the rest of the house, I tend to keep things cosy and simple, with lots of natural touches. I actually use the same tree trimmings around the house, and I repeat the colour scheme to tie everything together. It helps create a nice flow and makes the space feel all cosy and coordinated. I’ll definitely have to share more of it with you soon! 🏡✨

Яблоки в саду под снегом остались для птиц?
Да, остались! 😊 Черные птицы устроили пир утром - их было около четырех или пяти, все вместе завтракали. Некоторые были на земле, а другие на дереве. Мы собрали достаточно яблок для себя, поэтому важно оставить немного для маленьких друзей, которые нуждаются в поддержке в холодные дни. У нас также есть еж, который иногда выходит ночью, так что мы оставили для него яблоки в кустах. Большое спасибо, что заметили! 🍏🐦🦔
