    Great video! It's good to hear that pros use this technique. If they can benefit, then anyone can. I don't get much ice time, so it's good to have another way to practice.

      Thanks! Yeah for sure; the biggest problem surrounding visualization is that when pros use it, everybody is like "whoa, cool". When amateurs use it, he/she is a "freak". Makes no sense.....

    I believe that visualisation is a vital tool in cementing the neural pathways for learning motor skills.
    It can be used in learning to ride a motorbike for example. Personally, I go to sleep specifically dreaming of executing various dekes which I am currently learning.

      Very well said. You are bang on. I use it as extra training for skills that I struggle on in games and can't work on very often in team practice (one-timers for example)
