I believe that visualisation is a vital tool in cementing the neural pathways for learning motor skills. It can be used in learning to ride a motorbike for example. Personally, I go to sleep specifically dreaming of executing various dekes which I am currently learning. Great video.
Very well said. You are bang on. I use it as extra training for skills that I struggle on in games and can't work on very often in team practice (one-timers for example)
