Warning about the side to side exercise. Because there is no lateral resistance, this exercise can damage or weaken your ligaments beneath the knee caps. I did this drill about 3-4 times a week for about three weeks and my knees began to feel weak and buckle under me. Even walking became uncomfortable and I could hear the knee caps click once in awhile when I stretch my legs. Perhaps the better alternative is to to cross over walks going to you left (or use a stretch band for resistance). Regardless, be careful when experimenting with new land drills and listen to what your body tells you in order to avoid permanent injury.
