I stumbled across this video. Very great talk. And Im Def throwing a subscribe. I have a massive IT background but have only been doing it professionally for a little over 3 years. Work for a fairly large company, with a small IT department. But recently moved into a Sr Security eng role and moved out of my Sr. Network role. Im fed tons of projects for so much knowledge, with a super long leash with no one breathing over my shoulder, and my voice is heavy, everyone including leadership looks to me for answers and I dont always have them, I try my best to stay up to date and retain the knowledge. You definitely bring me down to earth and just take a step back to understand why I do what Im doing.
