Hey man, really appreciate the final part about not being afraid to make the jump and not be scared to leave what could be considered a comfort zone. Would love a video about to handle the first 90 days at a new role and how to be productive

Going through the same type of situation. SOC to DFIR consulting and I'm definitely nervous

Hey man, we started Amazon in response at the same time. Found it interesting seeing your journey and mine, you're sounding like an L5 already! Keep at it. It's incredibly stressful but I think jobs like this make everything else down the line much easier.

You are definitely right about making the jump. Just did it with my recent job and now I work incident response. My next goal is becoming an Engineer. Keep going Day 🙌🏾

Great information, Day! I have a couple of questions: How long did it take you to transition into the IR role? What specific skill sets are essential for making this switch? Additionally, what challenges did you face during your transition? What advice do you have for someone considering a similar transition? Lastly, what resources helped you during the process?

Hey it took me a few months. Also there were several things involved in the process, so I'll need to make a complete video on this. Coming soon!

I'm curious, AWS is Crowdstrike's biggest customer. Now i personally haven't worked with the Falcon platform but i would imagine it simplifies the job of an incident response engineer. Or am I mistaken? Or maybe you don't work for AWS but Amazon specifically?

There will always be people who lack courtesy in all places. What right or place do you have to suggest a haircut. Trolls going from one social media account to another put their mouths and noses where they are not needed. With all that he has to offer, your only take home is his need for a haircut. I think you need a more meaningful and impactful life like his.
