Tried both in offlane and Jungle,i think he is a better jungle.One of the best heroes for Teamfights cause of this Damage and CC.Late game he is basically unkillable cause of his Spell Vamp.Weak to cc though so keep his second skill to dodge those cc. Overall very broken hero.A nerf might come soon but i think this hero will be something like Valentina which even after several nerfs is till good(havent played her after recent patch)

Was just trying out julian at classic. And the enemy yin won't stop targeting me. And my teammates won't help me cause they wanted to use Julian. And YES we lost that match xD
Bro 45 cdr for julian for me is not good ur magic power will be less if u use magic talisman cuz its focus on mana regen u can just use instead of calamitu repear for damage 30 cdr and so fit at him i mean u gonna get 5 sec cooldown on all skill and there's more his passive is 5 sec so its gonna be really good at him just advice

yep, the magic power build is good too.. but i kinda liked the 45% cd a lot. i guess its just personal preference
