Glad you enjoyed it! Yes, their songs have many positive messages esp. Mapa, Ikako, Ilaw. What I love most about these guys aside from their awesome talent is their close bond, their personal stories, the way they handled the haters, cristicism with manner. An artist once described them as the type of people who (with their talent & success) could brag about it but instead stayed humble & treated everyone with respect. I honestly think what they all went through made them appreciate, grateful & humble. The haters not only serve as motivation to be better, but also to remind them of how fickle or fake some people could be esp. when one is successful (they were bashed when they started, now everyone wants to work with them)

They are all Christians and all their songs, both group & individual are all about positivity, love, how to deal with haters, gratitude, overcoming challenges. SB19's songs have messages that are similar to what you usually hear in country songs in the US, but delivered with Filipino sentiments.
Welcome to the A'TIN fandom good decision ...hope you can spread the word about them, because to be honest I think those who don't know them are seriously missing an amazing group of talented, humble & grateful artists. They are very connected & engaging to A'TIN.
As for Josh...well yeah he is called a "vampire" because he "doesn't age". That is why his first solo Wild Tonight is vampire themed. Without the make up & hair not styled, he even looked younger, he can pass like a teen. They all looked handsome & I agree their eyes are all beautiful.
That's a really good way to put it. I grew up half in the north-east and half in the deep south, so I have a soft spot for country songs. The messages in their songs are similar to country 💫💫💫

"Gento" is slang for "like this". The proper word is, "ganito". It's usually shortened to, "ganto", or in Pablo's hometown--"gento".
"Ginto" is a different word which means gold. Pablo likes to play with words and here he seems to be playing with how alike they sound: gento, ginto. One of the themes running through the song is to work hard, dig for your own gold (ginto), and they show you how to do it, "like this" (gento).

You can point out a lot of Christian coded lyrics in their songs, specifically What, Bazinga, Liham, Nyebe, Ken's solo Kanako (under the artist name Felip, who as a Born Again, uses a lot of coded words like saved and redemption) as well as Pablo's Kumunoy (not officially released yet). Pablo's mom was part of the worship team while pregnant with Pablo so she suspects that was a huge reason for his musicality. Ken on the other hand was raised by his pastor grandfather and whose uncle was in charge of the music ministry.

Their performance at Japan's The First Take (an invite-only channel that provides one take to record a performance) was just released this Monday. They perform a reworked Gento = go catch it! It won't disappoint. Separate from that, as you have already caught some of their hype songs, suggest listening to their ballads which, weirdly, is actually where they shine best (the talent oozes through the screen). Try live performances on the Wish Bus (a radio station that is literally a bus) - with the songs Liham (subs available) and/or Ilaw (no subs available), both from their recent Pagtatag EP.

Hey! Thanks for the RV. It's awesome to see your strong faith, I hope you continue to walk the Christian path. I believe Pablo shares the same beliefs, just like you mentioned, and Ken/Felip as well! Ken's clothing line, Superior Son, is inspired by Hebrews 1. Despite all this, they all remain humble. SB19's faith in God is truly admirable. Who was your first bias? Was it Pablo? It happens. Some if not most A'TIN do change their bias as well.
First bias was Justin, just based on initial looks. I really like his smile. After watching them live in my first SB19 reaction vid, my bias became Pablo. But after listening to their individual stories, I became BBQ 😂
