The title "What" is trying to tell people to know the identity of Philippine Pop music and because so many people was comparing them to Kpop, the flag with a question mark is kinda methaporic because they're telling the haters to know the diffrence and identity of Ppop and from which country it came from which is obviously, the Philippines. And the last part where they are walking towards the people who wears white and blind-folded (which is clearly the haters) portrays that no matter what haters say, or no matter how many people turned their backs at them, They will keep moving forward to raise the Flag. The symbolism of an unknown flag leading to "What" country they are from and what kind of authentic music they're promoting and that's for a real fan to find out.

"Agimat" or amulet, in the Philippines it is like something people wear as bracelets or necklaces or other accessories and are believed to give the wearer superhuman strength, speed, etc. So in this song it may interpret as that God is their amulet that gives them strength and makes impossible possible for them, this is my interpretation, I hope it helps ☺️

Yes! Ama or Father here is referenced to God. In Philippines, the "Agimat" or amulet usually served as protection against mishaps, bad lucks, evil elements, and stuffs like that. So thanking Father for being their amulet is similar to thanking God for protecting them. It is sort of a culture to use amulet as a protection. And "Ama" is how God is called in the country.
