i was a seasoned csgo player (self proclaimed), Supreme Master highest rank and faceit level 6, i can see that he is sooo accustomed to the csgo swing, and hes holding angles basically same as csgo. i like that his omen was a very support role kinda playstyle, when he has contact he just backs off and smokes it off just like in CS. in val people generally dont respect smoke that much since the fundamentals and smokes and the addition of abilites are vastly different from CS. He DEFINETELY has the aim for it but he needs to adjust it since tickrate and model speed is different in cs and val
I've been lvl 10 for a while now, but as a person that relies mostly on my movement and being able to move very well through the map, it is hard to get used to the movement and all the abilities in valorant. I haven't finished my ranked matches but I got my 30 bomb in the first couple. It's super easy to out aim people in this game but the abilities and movement is whats hard to get used to especially since I have CSGO movement hardwired into my brain
@@alrthatsfine2233 yep i agree, movement in csgo does not translate to movement in valorant. in val is very easy to out aim other players since the tickrate is better than csgo. and the gun spray spread is in general different than csgo

@@rexenkhoo6795 faceit is the same tickrate as val. the spray and rng rewards stupid plays. the movement in this game literally rewards not counter strafing and punishes peeks like the xantares peek as ur model comes out so slow that angle advantage is a huge factor you need to take into account

I dont use ult as a bronze 3, almost silver btw because there's nothing to ult to. Only irons use ult whenever available

-Team pushes B on ascent
-Jett picked off through smoke because funny odin spray gun go
- “sage throw spike to me and EVERYONE GO SILENT” in b spawn
-enemy hear the omen ult and the spike drop b main ish and they rotate looking for my A plant.
-annihilate KJ on B because it’s 5v1.
-plant, win round, win game gg ez.

Faceit lvl 8 is like top 5% of players in Faceit which is already a more concentrated group of players. So yeah, he’s pretty high up in CS:GO
Lvl 6 here rn on faceit, he's def a CS player by the way he swings. Think his issue is how massively different the two games really are in terms of gunplay. CS is just well in val terms everyone poppin swings & Val people dont really do that unless to troll

My buddy and I grinded from silver 3(this was my first placement rank, never played regularly) to diamond 3 in 1 act, originally I was the better experienced player (was Supreme) while he was a legitimate gold elo player. Its amazing how he improved in such a short span of time lol. It came to the point that our enemies have immo buddies and we’re still keeping up as duelists duo.
I don't think chat realizes how high Faceit lvl 8 is lol.

Whether you should smoke bomb depends. If it's planted in a corner like fracture A site (planted for main), that's a good bomb to smoke bc when you plant in a corner, the places they're able to defuse from gets reduced by like 270 degrees, so it's really easy to spam them through the smokes. So that would be good for attackers. But if it's planted out in the open and you smoke it, you're helping defenders.
An idea for future changes:
Could just be me but wouldn’t it be an idea to have the low elo players that insinuate or feel that they deserve this or that specific rank, to not only play against players on that skill level but also that of their current rank/skill level?
Because i personally feel like we don’t get to see how they play against players of their current skill level that might have a completely different way of playing the game compared to the higher ranks. I know that this specific video the player had a high rank in CSGO which might make sense to play against that of “the same skill level”.
Although my point still stands that if we can get to see them play against (and with) players of their own skill level, we would be able to get an better idea to why they are at their current level.
So maybe the first game be against (and with) that of their own skill level snd then second game be that of the rank they think they deserve to have. Which can make us as viewers get a better idea to what we can do better when we can see a clearet difference between the two games skill level if you understand what i mean.

Not a bad idea. Personally I think low elo games are harder than high elo. It would be a good way to show why people get hardstuck.
i mean hes very good for bronze but it looks like hes still used to the cs go ak recoil, wich is why he hits lots of bodyshots in 1v1s instead of headshots. Otherwhise he deserves d1 or sum imo. love your vids keep it up!

The way the Deadlock was dropped her wall, They were focusing the central part to break the whole wall but you could shoot the outer and get to the location they wanted and it uses way less ammo. but i guess this was made when nobody knew much about her abilities
No for some pushes like A main on ascent you need to break 2 small orbs to get into site much more efficient to just break the middle one cuz each small orb is like 15 bullets times 2 that making in basically breaking the middle part or equal to a whole mag

Game play is great. I think he definitely deserves a higher rank and probably just ended up placing bronze due to being new to the game and learned through unrated games. Just one question… why play Omen when his Skye is so much better? I get that he was more so being support with smokes, but his Skye is good enough that someone else could have been smokes instead and they’d be better off?
He wasn't new at the game i can tell how he destroyed reyna eye and kj molly and placing smoke is also great and all around using skill in valorant he probably playing valo for 6 months or more

Dang my boy just had to get warmed up, I feel like it takes quite a few ranked games to get something close to your true rank if you don't perform well consistently.
Coming from an immo player ( peak radiant ) also was lvl 8 faceit in CS and global elite, his playstyle lacks a lot of confidence like he essentially gives site for free without much resistance, and he still obviously isn’t used to valorant peeking and holding angles. He probably deserves high gold - plat, but definitely not immo
Lowkey off topic,but to build up ur spice tolerance u could mix some Lao Gan Ma(or chili oil in English)with some soy sauce,pour that over some rice. It’s not too spicy but it’s a bit spicy depending on the brand. You could also go to Hot Pot and try some spicy things there
I used to play cs condition zero, nexon, extreme and, 1.6 back then so I am not familiar with csgo rankings but damn he has good aim. As someone who's been soaked in elo hell in val for a long time, this dude def needs to be diamond atleast
The thing with valo and csgo is that they are different games even though they use the same concept. I know a guy that's 3000 elo in faceit (for reference faceit lvl 10/max level is 2000 elo, 3000 elo is a whole different level compared to a regular level 10, he'd basically be smurfing in level 10 lobbies - he could basically start playing semi-pro in cs) and he is plat 2.
17:33 good players almost always kill you when you're trying to stick it by spamming through smoke. they rarely swing out of a smoked off choke if they can play spam.

In my opinion the easiest agent for an ex cs player to master would be kayo you would just have to learn the knife and ult stuff and you would be really good

smoking the spike is better, example in haven c long if the enemy is holding c long when spike is planted and u smoke it they can just spray the spike without getting seen where are they shooting from, worse if they're using phantom or free bullet tracer gun. and if u smoke the spike they have to go out in the open (where they're vulnerable because there's no smoke)to spray anywhere spike is defuseable(Ex. middle, left, and right of the spike)
IMO İf you know where they are just smoke off their sight if you have one smoke or don't know where they are just smoke the spike.

Somehow playing cs go at a mid level gives you bad habbits for valorant like crouch spray so its sometimes harder to transition.
Technically faceit lvl 8 is close to Ascendant but with him being a CS:Go player I did notice that he would just try for spray control instead for burst firing with the Vandal. So it close to the truth that he shouldn't be in Bronze.

@@TheMetaSniper There's a lot of delusional players that think that faceit lvl 8 is equivalent to the quality of player in ascendant-immortal which is pretty hilarious. I'm a retired CS player that coaches an immortal player and the quality of players in those lobbies are the definition of all aim no brain. I've seen faceit lvl 2-3 players that have better tactical FPS game sense. To your point, the smarter immortal 3-low tier radiant players would be around faceit 6-8.

When he used the vandal he was trying to do recoil control for the ak in cs. You can see how hard he pulled down way too much for a vandal.
The question is why is he in Bronze? I'm an Ascendant player, even if I'm trolling so hard on my alt account (so i can play with my lower elo friends), it still ended up in silver. So there's only 2 reasons for this, he only plays troll games and only plays 5 games per month or he is actively smurfing keeping his rank in low elo to shit on new players. There's no way that he is legitimately stuck in bronze.
i posted this under another comment but imma send it here again, i checked his tracker, he played actively since E5: A1, with average 2 games a day. The thing is tho, his stats are so much worse in his comp games against bronze players than his 2 matches here (e.g. KD in his comp games is 0.97 in full bronze lobby vs 2.7(!) on his skye game). He plays alot with his friends so either he's throwing his games on purpose or big brother was playing here. It's so confusing how he keeps getting placed in bronze tho
I have a few guesses.
It could be map awareness or game sense w/ utility or positioning, (I’m not sure how positioning works in cs compared to valorant, so I couldn’t be for sure on that). or could be the fact that low elo is just unpredictable so it’s hard to play correctly and win at the same time, since most people (myself included) don’t know what they’re doing half the time.
@@Xze3 This is the correct explanation. I have been playing this game for 3 years and the matchmaking is rigged in such a way that if you are good you get the most useless teammates, and the enemies get the the smurf or the cheater.

@@mateosoto7304 keep being brainwashed. 3 years of playing this game, hundreds of hours of kovaaks, able to play 15-16 characters really well and can't go past plat. You make me laugh. At one point on my main I was 1L away from Plat 1 and on alt 1W away from Ascendant. 5 ranks difference. Last act I finished P1 on main and P2 on alt. At rank reset I had 4W-1L on main and 3W-2L on alt. On my main I was put in S3 and on alt G3. Game's rigged and the only people coping are kids like you with no life experience.
Ranks have 3 differences as you go up. 1)better game sense
2) better aim
And the most important, amount of info on agents in game situations.

For me if i have both smokes and we need to defuse, it depends if you still have a teammate alive. If there is one then one of you defuse and the omen will smoke both long and spike. Otherwise smoke long only if you're the last player standing.
Uhhhhh wut? Shouldn’t you smoke bomb rather then long? It’s easier to force the 1v1 and your shielded from all angles. It’s like the harbour bubble. You would use that on spike, so treat other smokes the same

For him being bronze he’s playing really well. Plays off his team and his team is playing off of him. I never see this with my bronze friends. He’s definitely at least plat, Diamond+.

To Compare ranks, I'd say Global Elite (the highest rank in MM) is equivalent to a Faceit Level 6 (depending on the region).
