Actually in the original video with normal speed you can see that the other members took away some of the side dishes that were close to Hyunjoo and even though she is in the center no one spoke to her while the other members built groups of 2 and 3 and talked a lot with each other...

It's just the typical kpop 'fan' drivel, any video means whatever they *want* it to mean. Likewise 2 performers looking vaguely in each others direction will be 'proof' that they're supposedly in love. TH-cam is full of utterly mundane things in kpop videos that are claimed to mean all kinds of ridiculous, delusional things. Similarly, any everyday person that was recorded constantly would have video that could falsely make them look bad when taken out of context & cherry-picked to do so.
