Just curious do you still detect a bit of lag right off the line when using launch control or is it completely negated?
Honestly it depends on the weather. Usually when it's a little colder and I've been driving for a little, I'll get a good launch.

You got any drone? I have deleted the big straight resonator but planning on getting the smaller one deleted too. Don’t want to deal with drone though
@@aakashdalwadi6062 no drone whatsoever bro. It’s honestly how the car shoulda came from the factory. You’ll love the pops and bangs you’ll be able to get in sport and especially sport plus.
Also as the car warms up it runs a lil richer of a fuel mixture and that can cause the pops and bangs to sound like straight gunshots if you want them to
Would you recommend this or a muffler delete? This seems to make the tone sound better, but I’m looking for minimal drone.
I would 100% take this over a muffler delete. I have a muffler delete on my 335i and the problem is that it's ALWAYS loud. With the resonator delete the sound quiets down a lot and only gets loud when you get on the throttle. But as far as drone, it's completely fine. It almost sounds stock from inside the cabin.
Dumb question but does it pop more when your driving? Like on sport mode when you let go of gas or is that 100% of a tune?
It only pops aggressively in sport and sport +, In comfort and eco pro there aren’t any pops.

A lot of people delete the big one and keep the smaller one and say the sound isn't so bad. You could always try that.
Sounds really good! Do you remember how many inches the replacement pipe was?
I asked for a 3 inch pipe, but because the pipe is ovaled instead of round, a little custom work was necessary.
Can you hear the exhaust at all when going from a standstill using regular acceleration? I'm looking for sound when I stomp on it but also when going casually just to have a little
It's not extremely loud when idle, or when casually driving. But, full throttle definitely gets louder. Especially in sport mode.

@@justcruising6824 the one in the video was sport mode on the cold start. They are pretty brutal, but it quiets down after 30 seconds.

Aldo Rodriguez both resonators were cut and the shop I went to made me a custom mid-pipe
Does it make the “pops” have more crack to them? Stock they just kinda burble and I’m looking for that loud cracking noise

I think it sounds good through all the gears, especially when you go wide open throttle. I particularly like when I'm cruising around 65-70mph(100kmh) in 5th gear.

@@goulashigabor I would love to get catless downpipe, but I live in California where emissions are very strict. I'll see what I can do about still trying to get them.
@@GabrielOrozcoPhoto don't have to go catless just get a downpipe with 200 or 300 cell and retune the ecu, it's what iam doing as also here in Sydney catless is a no no and it smells like a diesel...forget catless just get sports downpipe your turbo will spin less restrictive and benefit for longertivity.
Worth the $500 for this mod?
Only costed 250 from a reputable shop. Definitely worth the money, sounds a lot cleaner than a simple muffler delete.

I have a 340 but still love my 323, even though the 340 damn fast 💨
How much louder is it than stock? I’m considering this for my 440i GC, looking for a bit more sound and pop/bangs but also don’t want to to drone or be much louder than stock when in comfort.
It's very manageable, only a little loud on wide open throttle but in comfort it's almost stock with a little extra pops. And virtually no drone at all.
