Wow, this really brought back some memories! I remember watching ghostbusters with my cousins on a portable dvd player when we were kids. I never really watch anything on dvd anymore, but this makes me want to buy one!
I have an 11 in my birth year, but I still have one of these handy! Brought it with me on a 25-40 minute drive to my grandparent's house last month. I watched The Angry Birds Movie 2 in question.
Fushigi yuugi is a good older anime, idk if suitable for small children but I watched it as a teen. Love magic knight rayearth, made by the same creators of cardcaptor Sakura, I do however remember being annoyed how it seemed every episode they’d basically summarize everything that happened prior, but it was probably released weekly back then lol so makes sense. Also loooove the original three seasons of the slayers. Ceres is also good but again not really shonen for like young kids, I watched it right after having a baby and it had me crying like one 😭 it’s also by same creator as fushigi yugi, she’s big on celestial themes 🌚 anyway hope you give something a try ❤️ I subbed cos you’ve inspired me to get one of these lol 🤗
I recommend Love, Chunibyo and Other Delusions ... I don't remember if it actually is a shoujo, sorry I watched it so long ago, but from what I remembered I liked it quite a bit, cuz it was like... embracing your inner cringe LOL
What is COBY V-Zon? Is anyone here familiar with that brand? The only "COBY" portable DVD players sold in my country(Philippines) are China-Fake ones, some with "EVD" branding(basically they use the name of an old and discontinued Chinese disc format to sell new portable DVD players).
