Still tiago is better then any maruti car in this price
My pick would be tiago top model. Altroz needs much improvements. Hopefully they come up with turbo version.
But then mileage will drop. The only thing Altroz needs for the regular buyer is a higher XZ+ variant with all the missing features

Tata Tiago is the Best in this Hatchback Segment.
No doubt in that just recalling some of the missed out features that can be added in Tiago.
*Non - Adjustable Rear Headrest.
*Not so visible Rear Mirror which are of Small size.
*Old Type Push up & Push down Door Locks.
*No Hooks and Lights in Boot.
*Not so Comfortable Dead Pedel near Clutch.
*Visible Hump which goes in Rear seat.
*Boot space is Normal 242 Litres.
Not so big.
*Remote Key Open Boot is Missing.
*HeadLights could be Projector and LED.
Halogen is not so bright right?
*DRL & Rear Reflector could be added.
*Isofix Child mount can be added.

2020 from Aizawl, Mizoram. Mileage in this hilly area is 12 kmpl.
Almost after 200km it will provide good mileage

Only you if the custom shop cuts or alters any existing wiring, the warranty will get void. Most of the aftermarket systems now are plug and play. Many people are getting them done easily. Follow the owners clubs on Facebook if you like
Altroz ground clearance is less than tiago, is it a point to consider or in practical use both almost same??

Not much. 15 inch wheels provide better grip with fatter tires. And handling improves due to lower profile. 14" tyres have thicker sidewalls for better comfort.

BMW i8 also has 3 cyl. That's not an average car. Yes Altroz is not a race car.
It doesn't matters if you got 2 hands or you got 3 hands till you are doing the same work in the same time. Power and Torque output figures of Altroz are on par with the competition, the result is what matters. And it will always feel 10% less agile to its rivals because of the extra weight it carries..which tanslates to the extra security it provides. Thats the bargain for your life safety that you opt for while choosing Altroz, and to the intellectuals out there stating lighter cars can also be safe, Mann at 7 lakhs companies can't give you an all alumunium or carbon fibre body. Be clear and then make the choice

I owed Tiago XZ for last 18 months , from starting I face lot of quality issues for which I emailed to Tata motors, but problem not solved to the roots. Now for last 2 month I am facing my car Harman system out of order but company not able to address the issue . company wants to fit refabrised Harman system , because new system now not manufacturing because model outdated no more continue.company has not replied to my single email because company not considered customer satisfaction prime moto.
Company representative are also not responsive towards customer satisfaction. So friends built quality is not single factors, it will well supported by quality product best after sales services for customer.in which Tata motors not able outscored other top car manufacturers. Back sensor is important safety tool for customer for customer paid extra money which includes in Harman system. So friends it's your decision.
Absolutely right, Tata customer care is least concerned about customer satisfaction.They are irresponsible in replying clients email,you continue to send reminders that doesn't effect them at all.
