Hi from Rimini-Italy. I appreciate yours videos of auction Cars in the municipal depo. Karman was a car with big problem s of rust, especially in the front. Some years ago, from relatives of a dead person, i bought a Karman cabrio, a NSU Prinz and a Corvair 4 Door (he had the passion of rear engine Cars...). With Karman I made pieces to sell on eBay, with the terrible Corvair I gift the engine of a professional High school, and with the NSU I increase Money sold It to a collectionist.

I'd check the floor pan, rockers, and front air tunnels for rust. Check the inside of the nose for damage. If those are all good I'd say go for it. Body and paint look solid. Engine rebuild and interior refresh and gtg.

Thats acully probably a steal. I spent my youth building and riding rail buggies. I unfortunately cut up a lot of old VWs,.busses and ghias for parts at the time. This was in the 80s when people would almost give them away. I have had to tear apart engines on rides and purhem back together using blue glue,.and card board boxes. Lol. We just ragged them out so much and there just weren't many aftermarket parts being made that were fairly easy to get your hands on. Now i wish i had kept some of the old stuff but oh well. Once you know a flat 4 no matter what jug size then they are one of the easiest rhings ro work on. Hope you grabbed this.
