Happy New Year! Loved coming along. I liked the last pair of glasses I think. I'm such a list maker and do that on my computer/phone in Notes now. It lets me look during the day when family things come up and timings aren't going to plan and cut and paste to the next available day/time I can do things. That way I don't feel frustrated come the end of the day that things are still sat on this list and not done. 😆 Especially when it's usually for a good reason like I've spend more quality time with my kids or helped out a family member or friend.

Hi Jen! If you put 4 TBSP. butter with your corn syrup in your scotcheroos they will never get to hard after they set up. We make these year round in our family bur with Rice Krispies. They are so good!

I have to admit your chorizo was a surprise, because here in Tex/Mex land I’m used to squeezing it out of a casing and into my iron skillet. (I also rate it by how much succulent juice drips out of my taco and down my arm...but that might be a personal issue!) so I’m looking forward to trying your version!! 😋 All the glasses looked good! Now that my flexible spending account is replenished for the new year, I might try out Warby Parker. I like that we can do everything through the mail with minimal contact with people. That is especially helpful during these pandemic times.
I LOVE the Cook Once Eat All Week Cookbook!!!! I was inspired to buy it after seeing it on one of your videos. I'm on week 15 and my family & I are loving it! It's actually encouraged my kids (& my picky husband) to eat a wider range of foods.
I liked the whiskey tortoise ones the best. The rose water ones are very cool too, they match your hair and skin color really well- slightly vintage spin on clear frames. I would get both😅 If I wore glasses, I would have 15 pairs for all my moods.

We can make ours with corn flakes. But we also drop them by spoonfuls and make little cookies out of them we call them cornflake kisses

I also fluff (in the dryer e a dryer sheet) anything I hang to dry. I feel like the items aren’t soft enough if I don’t.
