Dan Kolesnik Thanks! Nov is the end of the rainy season but you can still get some great days. Weather is so unpredictable , Dec/Jan are a bit cooler months - when it rains these months it tends to be more showers rather than those torrential downpours. I like to travel the dryer months of March/April but even then I have had some shocker of days.
Dan Kolesnik You bet! Even the "cooler" months it's hot enough to swim at the beach! I have noticed the humidity in Cebu is a little bit higher than in Manila.

Rob Brand may I assume then that all months of the year is "beach weather" bearable heat and humidity, not too cold at nights in and around Cebu?
