This is Beautiful by Angelina. Her family didn’t want her to do this because Angelina was sick at the time .She instead that she want on to sing ,because it was a charity function and she wasn’t going to let anyone down. Angelina is all about charity she’s raised Millions for charity. Angelina has a heart of gold .She’s just got everything she’s in a class of her own I just adore her. Michael Jackson was 11 when the Jackson 5 recorded this. Angelina was 8. A great performance at any age, at 8 it is simply stunning.

Angelina is actually 8 years old here not 10. I believe she did this performance not long after she did the Nobel Peace prize concert. At that one, she was outdoors in bare feet in the freezing cold, and that apparently is what caused her to get sick. She was encouraged to cancel the indoor concert you were watching now but she insisted on performing since it was a charity. This is a true angel. This is the story that I've been told about this particular event. Thanks for all you do, your encouragement, and your support.

Angelina is 8 years old here and her performance a few days earlier at the Noble peace prize concert was outdoors and singing barefoot in Norway in the winter, well she’s lucky she didn’t get pneumonia. You yourself know once you make a commitment to perform it’s hard to get out of especially if your just starting your career and two big events, one of Angelina’s goals in life was to sing at the Peace prize concert and in this concert the prime minister of her country was there. This wasn't outside in the cold, she had a cold. She had performed for the winners of the Nobel Peace Prize at an outdoor event prior to this event, it was very cold there and she still performed barefoot.

Yes, I can really hear that she is sick, and I sure wouldn't want her to do this all of the time, for the sake of her health and vocal longevity, but what a testament to her spirit. AJ is 8 years old here, she had caught a cold at another outdoor performance she probably even had a bit of a fever as you can see from her shiny forehead and she wasn't supposed to perform but she didn't want to because it was for a charity event. when it comes to children or charity she is unstoppable, what a big heart
The thing that gets me more than anything else about this performance is not the way her voice cracks on that loud, high note, but how much she _goes for it_ on the very next loud, high note in the next verse. _Mad_ respect to her for that.
Sir, a few days before, she sang at the Nobel Peace Prize ceremony, outdoors, in Oslo, in November, without shoes. People that were there told, that she almost got pneumonia, but she fulfilled one of her dreams from her bucket list, since she was 3 yo, singing at the Nobel Prize. Peace
Sick or not you have to perform. Learning to be a pro and push thru with what you have available.
Somehow knowing that she is sick, and hearing it in her voice makes it just so much more emotional. this one gets me in the feels every single time! She was 8 here, just after winning NGT. She makes me believe every word she sings here. Love your reactions!

This performance of hers is a crowning one for her and one of the most touching one she has ever done, even though she sung sick with a head cold it was just out of this world.
Thank you BEL... Angelina is 8 years old here and the event took place in Sweden (this is indoors). You shall see in the comments that she was pretty sick with a cold (not cold as in Temperature) for this event but performed anyway since it was a charity event. As I understand it, the audience here was informed beforehand, that AJ was sick and wanted to perform, come Hell or High Water. That explains the massive applause of a normaly very reserved scandinavian audience. Here they went wild, for scandinavian standard. Elmar from Germany.

She deserves top of the range everything. She gets the best musicians, the best microphones and, dare I say it, the most appreciative followers in the business. She even has the best family around her. Nothing else will do.
I think this is among the most emotional performances by Angelina. The lyrics are perfect for Angelina to embrace and I like to think she is singing to the entire world, telling us she will always be there for us. Angelina reminds us and encourages us to help each other, especially those in need.

Thanks for getting to my request. This is definitely one of my favorites. It’s just so real. As I said in my message. Imperfectly perfect. There is a video on her grandmother’s TH-cam from this event that shows how much she is just standing around on the stage waiting for all the technical things are set up like they want. I believe she also sings a Christmas song to the audience. Not sure if it was before this or not. But as you said. It’s mind blowing what a professional she is at this age. One month before her ninth birthday

Being a bit sick, not her best health, she tried so hard for this charity event. And she made it so emotional, so heart touching. Like so many other of her presentations of songs, she brought me to tears again. It was beautiful.

There is two videos where she is singing while she is sick... this one and the the one she sang for the two royalty s. She has gotten sick and yet she insisted she still sing for her fans ,, she is a trooper, and cares about her fans and her responsibility
I remember reading that she was very ill that day (she actually looks feverish in this clip) and that a doctor had advised her not to sing, but she promised "I Will Be There", and so she sang. With difficulty on certain notes that would normally have been child's play for her. But she put all her heart into it, making her performance very moving. A few days earlier, she had sung outside in winter, barefoot, in Oslo at 8°C(47°F) , to celebrate the 2014 Nobel Peace Prize winner, Malala Yousafzai, the young girl left for dead after a Taliban attack. I admire Angelina Jordan, not only for her immense talent but also for the human being she seems to be.

@@Beldvlmnt In my time i saw so many SM58 spinning around on stage like washing machine spin cycle, hitting and slamming on everything and the singer pull it back and was working. You couldn't to that with some fancy ones like the Sennheiser MD 441-U or the Beyer Dynamics M500 very popular in the late 70's and in the 80's, they sounded great but "fragile" not for rock band 😇

She doesn't wear shoes because when she was little she met another child who had no shoes. When Angelina asked where her shoes were, she said she had none. Angelina gave her her shoes and told her she would not wear shoes when she sings until every child. In the world had shoes. She is 16 now and does not wear shoes when she performs

Interesting stuff about the microphone and in the ear monitor! Angelina had a cold and yes she performed amazingly. Some of her vocal toolbox is very unique and I have no idee either how she does it. Because it was a charity and she had promised, she went and pushed through anyway.
