    Another fantastic example of a true artist displaying brush painting. I'm looking forward to seeing the finished diorama.

    Really impressive! The results you have achieved using only a brush are outstanding. Very well done model.

    I've been excited for this one since I saw it on your instagram! My favorite bits are the streaking, mud, and the rust on the darker black panels

    That's a great tank. I want you so badly to build and paint a 1/35 scale tank (manufacturer is up to you but I highly recommend Tamiya). And that primer was not cheating, for a more experienced brush painter, a 1 color camouflage is easy, now I am trying to achieve a semi hard camouflage with brush painting on German ambush camouflage and it actually is pretty nice. For beginners the best tanks for easy painting is panzer Grey German tanks, since its a dark color, easy coverage and then some post shading with oil paints. Cheers.

      I definitely plan on building more 1/35 scale models. Just probably not as much though, depending on their size. Thank you though I enjoy the feedback. :D

    This Guy is the Bob Ross of painting and weathering tanks and military vehicles! These tutorials make a lump of plastic look like 50 tons of steel! I wonder if he has an afro like Bob....

    The end result is nice. Although I feel the washes are quite thick, especially on the turret around the cupola and rangefinder.
    Of course, you are not the first one to do so and it's a very common trope among "paper panzers" to have multiple parts come in different colours. I understand this is appealing and adds some nice contrast to a model. But if you really think about it, why would engine and crew hatches or the gun mantlet come painted in base camo, while the rest is still only painted in primer?
    Wouldn't the tank be painted in dark-yellow when it is assembled completely? This can make sense for 1-2 parts that are likely to be replaced from another vehicle, like side skirts or running wheels, but driver's hatch?
    Also this makes sense for the gun, black (or dark grey) being the thermal resistant primer.

    • @Modkits131
      @Modkits131  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Sorry for the late reply, but I agree with you entirely. Thank you for your constructive feedback. The whole idea behind the tank is that the Germans were using spare parts from different tanks as well as them running out of paint towards the very end of the war. :D

    • @Boz196
      @Boz196 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Could always just say it’s very very late war and spare parts are very limited so they’ve just come from many different knocked out vehicles
