For some reason, the line "so how's your English so good?" just sticks with me as perfect foreshadowing. Just. shame they never did go more into if Henry was simply an informant or if he was an undercover agent.
I want to say both. Maybe the FBI found out who he was when he got off the boat and threatened to send him back if he didn’t cooperate with them and infiltrate the family he was going to work for.
@@mikedawolf95 You know that sounds VERY plausible, I remember in Chapter 11, when Vito was driving Henry to the Maltese Falcon to meet Eddie Scarpa, Henry kept asking Vito questions about the incident at the Empire Arms Hotel when Vito and Joe were sent by Carlo Falcone to Assassinate Alberto Clemente, it seems as if Henry was trying to get Vito to say something incriminating which heavily implied that the conversation was somehow being recorded, Vito seemed to sense that something Hinky was going on as well, since He refused to say anything that would implicate He and Joe in Clemente's assassination

Mafia 2 was a blast from the past, I easily got into this more then GTA, the characters were interesting and the story was engaging. It's a shame the game was too short and we didn't get more but seeing Vito and the gang back together is awesome, also one of my favorite missions. Great video!

The shootout plays the same as this. Yet this level on the demo plays in Summer as compared to this because this is Winter. The demo ending will be different.
yeah if i recall there are cops blocking the road and a cutscene plays that particular part in the demo got me to buy the full game because i wanted to know what happens next but when it came to that mission no cops were blocking the road and i was confused af

Well, it happens that this guy is the same guy who was spying on Vito in the first cutscene of chapter 6. He spawn in every playthrough so this can't be a coincidence. Meaning that the feds were onto Vito at least 6 days before his arrest.

I think this Definitive Edition is way better than what people are saying in the last few days. Sure, there are minor glitches but generally, the graphics are way better in this version.
hi willzyy thankyou for this. SO many haters. iguess people have been spoilt or they are too expecting of corporations. It looks good but mafia 2 holds up extremely well any way. i already have the original game plus all dlcs including all the music on a separate disc one xbox one. but i definitely want this version but on pc because of the brilliant mods available= which im hoping will be reworked for the definitive edition. i just wish it was free for xbox one owners not just steam purchases. ultimately it would of been divine if they had reworked it into the mafia 3 engine but alas hanger 13 are not daniel vavra
One thing has bugged me about the story here. Vito has been working for the mafia for a couple of weeks at this point, and there’s already talk about him being made? Surely it would take at least a good year before the mob would accept you into their ranks? I know, they’re charging him and thus breaking the rules, but still….it seems rushed?

Willzyyy unless is an update i dont know of the physics aren’t fixed...the apex physics works only for the dlc’s not for the main story as the game fails to read files from the “clothes” folder found in “mafiaIIdefinitiveedition/EDITS/clothes” ...if you remove the folder clothes you will have the standard cloth physics...not the apex but always better than a glued coat.

It's now been fixed. Just been played Joe's Adventures and his coat flows in the wind as he runs. I'll be sure to show it in the 1950s chapters. :)
