The trains are computerized so it speeds up the process a lot more and the upgrades to the lines, which literally means that trains are in a queue to get into stations which is really cool in my opinion!
The Victoria line trains come every 100sec and have 33-36 trains per hour on peak. The only reason why they look like a train comes 5 sec after the other is because the train sits in the station for like 1:00 and takes 15-16sec to leave and come in

Nah it always took like 3 minutes for me. But that was a while ago, they must have modernised the systems by now.
