    SLC was my home for around six or seven months back in the late 90's. there was a radio station I used to listened to which played oldies 24/7, and every time I listen to oldies again, good memories of SLC come flooding back.

    This is so incredibly helpful, Cody! Thank you. Any advice/tips for a single income household? How realistic/doable is this? (Planning on renting.)

      You bet! The best thing I could say is that if the place is cheap compared to other options it’s probably for a reason. Generally speaking, the further east you can be, the better neighborhoods you’ll find!

    Which areas are demanding for good school? Could you please highlight about the school ratings when you rate good neighbourhoods?

    • @LivingInSaltLakeCity
      @LivingInSaltLakeCity  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes absolutely. Best schools will be found on the east side, or the south end of the valley. Cottonwood heights, sandy, Draper, south Jordan, Herriman, Riverton, and Bluffdale are all great options for public schools.

    • @LivingInSaltLakeCity
      @LivingInSaltLakeCity  ปีที่แล้ว

      You can also go further south to Lehi/saratoga springs area for the Alpine school district which is also very good.

    Are you an agent for both homes and apartments in SLC?

    • @LivingInSaltLakeCity
      @LivingInSaltLakeCity  ปีที่แล้ว

      Here in Utah, as agents we only work with buying/selling homes, not renting or leasing. But if you’re looking to buy a condo, yes I can help with that.

    Not sure why they put Glendale where they did on this map. It's between I-15 and Redwood Road, and they have way out in the industrial area.

    Rose Park is in Salt Lake City. You mean it's close to downtown?

    The bad part of sandy is it was built in sand. So if you know what liquifaction is during an earthquake, then I'd steer clear

    Where are the new homes with great Mountain View’s?

    • @LivingInSaltLakeCity
      @LivingInSaltLakeCity  ปีที่แล้ว

      Most of the new homes in salt lake county will be in the southwest quadrant, or to the west side of the valley, in West Jordan, South Jordan, Herriman, Riverton and Bluffdale. You can find new homes in all of the cities, but on the east side they will be more expensive. Shoot me an email with what you are looking for, and I can point you in the right direction!
