She is amazing. There was a parr in her speech that made me feel so good. Years back when I was working in Afghanistan I wrote a paper about reaching through to the children, helping them by buildinh schools and teaching peace. My focus was to respect but forget the older generation, and focus on the children, and then within a generation you can changr an entire country. She know what she is talkinh about, empathy is the real world changer

.Empathy is an "intelligence;" it can be developed, with effort. But like awareness, it is not yet visible to some-not visible and not appreciated. Thank you for this!

You can only develop empathy in a safe environment. When your parents, school, and governments are constantly gas lighting you then you can not develop properly.

Loved this. I'm a psychotherapist working with children and adolescents many of whom need to learn the skill of empathy: from those who are on the Autism Spectrum to those who are budding psychopaths. And a huge number of adolescent girls who are the selfie generation. I'm doing the best I can but it's hard. I wish all the families could get on board. This is certainly worth spreading! Thank you Michele!

      ..........................
Are you still 2 years after, and more and more research is coming about. That most people with ASD, aren't lacking empathy?
      I hope so...

As a psychotherapist you should know that many people with Autism can't read emotions or have empathy in the way she is talking about. Likewise, no one is a budding psychopath. People with sociopathy and psychopathy have a developmental or traumatic disability that makes them unable to empathize. Please practice your empathy for these people.

You are an inspiration and this couldn’t have been said better🙌🏽👏🏽 if I was in person I would shake your hand maybe even hug you for that speech but I couldn’t have agreed more. Children always have a funny habit of having the answers to what seems like our hardest question. We think it can’t be that easy or obvious but the best place to see goodness grow and spread is in children as well in my opinion. Loved this!

Empathy is this powerfull gift we are born with. Yet we refuse to use it. The human race seems to have turned inward on itself. There is such a sense of entitledness and self absorbtion that there is no time for anyone or anything else.We teach our little kids to supress their natural empathy by urging them to win at all cost and we reward them for that. Shame on us .

Love it. Empathy is down and narcissism is up in the last 40 years is due to late stage capitalism and libertarianism.

She has a pretty good message but she sounds so angry/ emotional... it’s distracting and detracts from the message a bit. Helps me reflect on my own communication as I am emotionally reactive.

I agree with this... I love what she is saying. I see her passion. I can see she really cares . I also feel she is yelling at us to change... I dont necessarily think that is the best way to deliver this message. I do feel her urgency in this message though. Perhaps it is just passion that is making her so aggressive... I get that. :Yes... I want to see if I get that passionate as it is good for me to reflect as well....

There are a few suggestions for treating ms naturally
Make sure you eat plenty of fruit and vegetables (ideally organic).
    Take vitamin C
Do some exercise eg walking, yoga etc
make use of herbs with infection fighting properties eg dandelion root and burdock and others including huang qi
(I discovered these and the reasons they work on Denelle multi care site )
