People love to hate. Yes, it’s true that we are not supposed to like him very much. I’m just saying that I understand why it’s frustrating for people who know about his development to watch people who don’t know. It makes sense. Obviously new watchers aren’t going to know. People who do know are just anxious for them to find out. I’m not saying that the way these people are acting is right, but I can understand the feeling.

I don't really mind their mindset with Bakugo because that's exactly how anyone would feel like with a character like that. I feel like people telling them to not hate Bakugo would just spoil the journey they'll have in the anime. Part of what makes this anime so good is the great character development we see throughout the show and I feel that telling them to like a specific character would take away from the development they're about to see and it'll just be less surprising because they'll be expecting the character to grow instead of actually seeing the growth for the first time. Exactly! The Show purposely portraits him in a dislikeble way so if there is a chracter development it has that much more of an impact. So many People dont get that telling someone "this Character actually is really amazing" is such a spoiler... Best exempel, Mumen Rider from OPM i think every single react channel out there got his Character spoiled...
Not everyone, I'm one of the few that never hated bakugo in the beginning because they hinted that bakugo was more than a typical bully. I pay attention to detail so I knew at the early part of this show that bakugo was going to change as a character for example in S1 e7 I believe was the hero vs villain exam at the end when bakugo lost to deku and after deku told bakugo the truth of his quirk, bakugo said that he's not giving up and that he's just getting started. Normally a typical bully wouldn't say that because it sounds like bakugo is actually admitting he lost instead of being a typical stubborn bully. He's just trying to be the best and wants to chase that dream despite having a cocky attitude. That episode made me liked bakugo because of that speech after he lost. It showed bakugo's true intentions for the first time in the show. But I agree with you, most people didn't like bakugo at that time and hated him because he was bullying the main character they only like him now because they are seeing that the author loves bakugo and is going to place him in a good spot into the future story.
Second half of season 5, I still hate bakugo. He's absolutely worst and he NEVER had to face consequences of any of his actions(almost killing Deku in training, ending Allmight, refusing to save people as hero etc). He would be fine as villain, in S4 we have Rappa who's pretty much less angry & more honorable version of bakutrash and people love him. But as a hero he's the worst, and should be kicked out of UA in episode 7/8 of first season.
One thing I do like about Bakugo is that, even though he's a complete asshole, he does a lot of qualities that Deku WOULD want to aspire to. He's extremely powerful, he's brave, he's academically brilliant, he's a tactical genius, and in his own weird way he does want to save people and fight villains (he just wants to do it on his own and thinks other people are holding him back). He absolutely did save Deku just now, and he would certainly rescue Deku if Deku was about to get killed (he probably would have just called Deku a waste of space for needing saving). It would have been very easy for Bakugo to be a one dimensional meathead bully that was just a dragon for Deku to slay on his way to the top. But instead the author went out of his way to make Bakugo BETTER than Deku at pretty much everything, except being a decent human being. And, just like Deku, his rate of growth as a character and in terms of combat ability is constant. After the initial exam where he was forced to admit that Todoroki was stronger than him (right now, anyway), he's already become just a teeny, tiny bit more nuanced than he was before.
I don't think a hit to the brain would've worked. If it was the Nomu's weakpoint they would've covered it up or something but they didn't which implies that the shock absorption can apply to the brain region as well.
Yeah honestly I think the same thing. It does indeed look like a weakpoint but I imagine the Shock Absorption is true for that area too. But I think more importantly, All Might probably wouldn't go for that spot too much anyway because a hit from All Might could do fatal damage to the brain and heroes don't kill unless absolutely necessary, which might be in this case, but knowing All Might, he most likely wouldn't want to anyway.
@@LuisGonzalez-mw7ny Also, *SPOILERS* at this point in time they didn't know that what the Nomu _really_ were and that they were people too far gone to be saved, because in S2 and further, you see Endeavor just nuking them. They probably didn't want to take the chance at the time of capturing this particular Nomu but later found out that they're not really fixable.
This is of course also assuming that's actually the brain and not just some kind of covering designed to look that way to draw attacks to what you think is a weak spot, when it's really not.
Yeah Eren and Todoroki (ice guy) have the same voice haha it may be hard to realize since Yuki Kaji (the voice actor) puts totally different energy when playing them lol cold and cool with Todoroki and rash and loud with Eren. He was also Sabito in Demon Slayer ❤️ Yeah it’s okay to not like Bakugou, but it’s not like he would have let Deku die with the warp guy 😂 he took the chance to do both the damage and the rescue, though it’s true that it was more important for him to get back at the warp guy for warping him earlier haha Season 1 Bakugou is the most unhinged version of him, so at least after this he changes little by little. I’m not gonna say you are going to like him eventually though, I don’t want another Jean case, since you said you didn’t like how everyone kept going on about you being wrong about a character you just met ;w;
It’s always understandable when reactors don’t like Bakugo early on. I usually prefer to let them just keep hating on him and see if/when their opinions change without telling them he gets better or anything like that. It’s more genuine of a reaction when they don’t know something is coming in the future
Bruh people need to chill with them not liking Bakugo. He is supposed to be hard to like in season 1. That’s the whole of of Bakugo’s character. Even his initial character personality was meant to offend people (unintentionally)

It’s understandable that they missed it since season has already properly established the kind of prideful and hard to deal with person Bakugo is here. Once more episodes come and more interactions are shown, they might change their view. One interaction doesn’t negate his other overly mean comments yknow. Not everyone can pick it up that quickly. Plus they are not iust watching but also have to react and comment. Perhaps if they watched it on their own they might pick it up faster like us normal viewers (who has the knowledge of furure eps too)
Yes, this is one of the first scenes that I routinely return to, when I get that MHA craving waiting for a chapter or episode. All Might just gets the spotlight, wipes out the villains and it's the first scene that gives you that "omg, I'm like smol Deku watching All Might clips on the internet" vibe. Many more great scenes to come.
One thing I noticed as it comes to the sub vs dub argument. Sub has better performances, dub has better lines. In the sub Episode 6 Bakugo said something like "I'm not gonna kill him" or "I'm not aiming for him" where in the dub he said "he'll be fine as long as he dodges" which I felt more and I love that line. Also here he said "don't move or I'll blow you up" where in the dub he said "if you so much as move, I'll make sure they will still be picking you up next week" or something among those lines. It feels so much more powerful

All might is cheesy but he's my favorite character in the show. He's so cool and truly just a good hearted character. When he shows up in this battle it's always chills because it's first time you see him go into battle without a smile
Heroes are suppose to avoid killing people, even villains. Even with the whole made of iron trope that seems to apply to everyone going for the brain is a bit much.

The reason they hesitated to just hit the Nomu's brain is because they think it's human even though Shifaraki said it was a bioengineered weapon. Anyway, you could kill someone if you hit their brain, and heros don't kill, so they are avoiding the brain
Bakugo does respect deku he is just isnt very honest with himself, he said that when he saved deku cause he thought doing otherwise would make him look week. and he can't stand being powerless that was established from episode 1

Just so you ladies know, the Pro Hero Society isn't allowed to kill people, regardless of the situation. They are supposed to restrain only. So All Might, even if it would have crippled the Nomu, wouldn't have hit him in the brain. But the Nomu's exposed brain would have been like hitting the rest of his body

I know I'd start disliking him more if people were acting that way with me, giving me hate based on my opinions. You gotta pay attention to the powers names lowkey, the monsters power was shock absorption, so big impact will just get absorbed. Which is why shigaraki said to slowly gouge his flesh, slow pain has low shock so it won’t get absorbed compared to a punch. This show is very big brain, not saying nothing mean but for real tho, you get smarter watching my hero academia no matter who you are, we are following Deku for crying out loud lmao
MHA is very easy to follow. I think MHA is the last show to be called "Big Brain." Its like Demon Slayer with the storyline, everything is pretty much easy to follow whats happening. Now shows like JJK, AOT, or Steins;Gate r very complicating shows to follow.

FINALY, people that actually use their eyes and brains to see beyond the pretty face of a boy and see that he is actually just a bully. GOD! just for that i already subscribe to the channel
As people say, he is more complicated than just a bully, he bullied Deku because of deep seated insecurities/superiority complex, that doesn't make the bullying okay, but he didn't bully him just because he could, like other bully characters, it fed his ego that he had such an amazing quirk, while Deku didn't have any, and he "put him in his place" to fed his ego even more, of course, whenever Deku tried to help, it was like to him that he was looking down on him, and seeing him as incapable, and weak. within the first 10 episodes he gets humbled, and instead of just believing himself to be the best, actually starts to train even harder to actually become the best, his growth throughout the show is awesome, and his shouting goes from being mean, and annoying to being hilarious, and entertaining. Bakugo's attitude can't go away, it's the core of his character, but he ends up not bullying Deku anymore, actually becomes friends with Kirishima, and Kamanari instead of calling people extras, and gets stronger, and stronger throughout the show. People hate on him, but they can't even deny that he his easily one of the most memorable characters in the show.

If you didn't get that, well, it's not my fault you weren't paying attention.

Uh. Attitude is a big part of being a hero. Fighting isn’t the only thing that matters in hero work. You can’t rescue people properly if you can’t calm them down. If you have a shitty attitude, if you can’t get the one you’re trying to rescue to calm down and believe that everything will be okay, that’ll make things much harder. A good attitude absolutely matters in hero work. Naturally you don’t HAVE to be super outgoing or nice like all might, but, don’t be a bakugo lol 😂

I'm fine with people not liking Bakugo, he has a very hard to love personality. He is my favorite character, but he has a lot of growing to do. So I totally get why you guys aren't a fan. Don't let people saying "Bullies make you stronger" bring you down. That's not what Bakugo is about anyway, and you have no obligation to like a character just because of that. Keep doing what you guys do, I'm just happy to see the reactions.
Deku's arm did not break because for a brief moment of desperation he had full control of the full power for a moment not because of the Nomu's Shock Absorption

He won the popularity poles for the first three seasons, even in the manga at that point he was still a douche but he was first anyway

Also the "shock absorption" quirk makes it equally useless to hit NOMU on any part of the body.

Yeah Eren and Todoroki (ice guy) have the same voice haha it may be hard to realize since Yuki Kaji (the voice actor) puts totally different energy when playing them lol cold and cool with Todoroki and rash and loud with Eren. He was also Sabito in Demon Slayer ❤️
Yeah it’s okay to not like Bakugou, but it’s not like he would have let Deku die with the warp guy 😂 he took the chance to do both the damage and the rescue, though it’s true that it was more important for him to get back at the warp guy for warping him earlier haha Season 1 Bakugou is the most unhinged version of him, so at least after this he changes little by little. It’s always understandable when reactors don’t like Bakugo early on. I usually prefer to let them just keep hating on him and see if/when their opinions change without telling them he gets better or anything like that. It’s more genuine of a reaction when they don’t know something is coming in the future

It’s understandable that they missed it since season has already properly established the kind of prideful and hard to deal with person Bakugo is here. Once more episodes come and more interactions are shown, they might change their view. One interaction doesn’t negate his other overly mean comments yknow. Not everyone can pick it up that quickly. Plus they are not iust watching but also have to react and comment. Perhaps if they watched it on their own they might pick it up faster like us normal viewers (who has the knowledge of furure eps too)

Yes, this is one of the first scenes that I routinely return to, when I get that MHA craving waiting for a chapter or episode.
All Might just gets the spotlight, wipes out the villains and it's the first scene that gives you that "omg, I'm like smol Deku watching All Might clips on the internet" vibe.

One thing I noticed as it comes to the sub vs dub argument.
Sub has better performances, dub has better lines.
In the sub Episode 6 Bakugo said something like "I'm not gonna kill him" or "I'm not aiming for him" where in the dub he said "he'll be fine as long as he dodges" which I felt more and I love that line.
Also here he said "don't move or I'll blow you up" where in the dub he said "if you so much as move, I'll make sure they will still be picking you up next week" or something among those lines. It feels so much more powerful

All might is cheesy but he's my favorite character in the show. He's so cool and truly just a good hearted character. When he shows up in this battle it's always chills because it's first time you see him go into battle without a smile
Heroes are suppose to avoid killing people, even villains. Even with the whole made of iron trope that seems to apply to everyone going for the brain is a bit much.

The reason they hesitated to just hit the Nomu's brain is because they think it's human even though Shifaraki said it was a bioengineered weapon. Anyway, you could kill someone if you hit their brain, and heros don't kill, so they are avoiding the brain

Just so you ladies know, the Pro Hero Society isn't allowed to kill people, regardless of the situation. They are supposed to restrain only. So All Might, even if it would have crippled the Nomu, wouldn't have hit him in the brain. But the Nomu's exposed brain would have been like hitting the rest of his body
It wouldn't be bad guys if they would fight fair... if they are not helping they die, that's why good people would team up on a single stronger enemy to defeat him, it is unfair for the bad guy too if you look at that...

You gotta pay attention to the powers names lowkey, the monsters power was shock absorption, so big impact will just get absorbed. Which is why shigaraki said to slowly gouge his flesh, slow pain has low shock so it won’t get absorbed compared to a punch. This show is very big brain, not saying nothing mean but for real tho, you get smarter watching my hero academia no matter who you are, we are following Deku for crying out loud lmao
MHA is very easy to follow. I think MHA is the last show to be called "Big Brain." Its like Demon Slayer with the storyline, everything is pretty much easy to follow whats happening. Now shows like JJK, AOT, or Steins;Gate r very complicating shows to follow.

FINALY, people that actually use their eyes and brains to see beyond the pretty face of a boy and see that he is actually just a bully. GOD! just for that i already subscribe to the channel
As people say, he is more complicated than just a bully, he bullied Deku because of deep seated insecurities/superiority complex, that doesn't make the bullying okay, but he didn't bully him just because he could, like other bully characters, it fed his ego that he had such an amazing quirk, while Deku didn't have any, and he "put him in his place" to fed his ego even more, of course, whenever Deku tried to help, it was like to him that he was looking down on him, and seeing him as incapable, and weak. within the first 10 episodes he gets humbled, and instead of just believing himself to be the best, actually starts to train even harder to actually become the best, his growth throughout the show is awesome, and his shouting goes from being mean, and annoying to being hilarious, and entertaining. Bakugo's attitude can't go away, it's the core of his character, but he ends up not bullying Deku anymore, actually becomes friends with Kirishima, and Kamanari instead of calling people extras, and gets stronger, and stronger throughout the show. People hate on him, but they can't even deny that he his easily one of the most memorable characters in the show.
Yeah, especially when he said to Izuku that he should just kill himself by jumping off the roof… definitely more than just a bully, a murder in the making that always scream to everyone “Die!”. Definitely more than just a bully.
@@edgarazcuaga648 I already said his previous bullying was not okay, and him saying die is just a saying, he literally wants to surpass All Might in being the number 1 hero, he would never kill anyone, you know, because heroes don't kill villains. It's literally stated multiple times throughout the show that he wants to be a hero, and would never become a villain despite his aggressive attitude. If you didn't get that, well, it's not my fault you weren't paying attention.
i would say that bakugou’s good intentions rn are the fact that he does want to be a hero and he despises villains so while he may act “unhero like” he still wants to be one

Uh. Attitude is a big part of being a hero. Fighting isn’t the only thing that matters in hero work. You can’t rescue people properly if you can’t calm them down. If you have a shitty attitude, if you can’t get the one you’re trying to rescue to calm down and believe that everything will be okay, that’ll make things much harder. A good attitude absolutely matters in hero work. Naturally you don’t HAVE to be super outgoing or nice like all might, but, don’t be a bakugo lol 😂
