Mini Travel Vlog- Away from Small Business | Swarovski's "Masters of Light" | & Lake Como | Milan

✈️✨ Join me on a mini getaway from my small business! Nurse by profession and Chandler (candle and Reed diffuser maker) by hobby, thought I'd take away from both and embark on a mini break! Enjoy!
Our 3-day trip to Milan kicks off by landing at Milan Linate Airport, the closest to our hotel (Neo) located just outside the city center in a charming little town called Bresso!
*Day 1* - Traveled to the hotel & enjoyed a feast at an all-you-can-eat restaurant recommended by the hotel!
*Day 2* - Free breakfast, grabbed bus passes from the off-licence, then took the bus to the train station, and headed to central Milan for our trip to Lake Como. Pro tip: Buy your train and boat tickets from the office beforehand! After a 1hr 20 min train ride, we took a 20-minute walk to the lake, where we caught the boat right next to the cable car. The views of Lake Como were breathtaking! 😍
Back in Milan, we explored Swarovski's "Masters of Light" exhibition at Palazzo Citterio, a dazzling retrospective of one of the world’s oldest heritage brands. It was a stunning celebration of artistry and innovation in the heart of Milan’s fashion district.
We topped off the day with some delicious pizza and gelato! 🍕🍦
Day 3 - A slow morning, breakfast, and packing up. We made a quick shopping trip to Milan Centrale before our flight home.
