i usually do the tutorial from the beginning when rerolling. From what i heard, there is a method that can make you skip the tutorial, but one of my friends crashed the data when he did that, and lost the rerolled char he got. Didn't do that many rerolls to get this Leafa, was lucky I guess.
Esprit what ushi said is true, the rate for getting the 4 star character in first scouting is actually the same as the usual one (way lesser than 10%, if im correct), so im not really bothered with that. but if you insist, its okay to keep reroll until you get one of them :) and about his friend crashing his data probably due to erasing some data in root directory (i think his friend rooted his phone), that could work too. i do that as well, and it works, as long as you erase the correct data, or the game crash....

There's that mission that says if you complete the Alicization quest on master, you'll get Alice and Eugeo's swords. Is it a glitch? Because I didn't get any swords
Matty Chen enter game >menu> data transfer. Then go back to title screen go to support n go to transfer the code n password that either you wrote down or screen shot n it will go to that account. You can have multiple accounts in 1 phone by this
how do you know that its another rainbow on the multiscout? i know theres the sparkle and smile, but i mean on the second one you knew before it pinged
You can try to reroll for a new account, but don't forget to create a password on your other account/s and copy your account's Data Transfer Code so you can reopen it.. ^^

try to do some weapon scouts until you get at least 3stars dual sword for the start. Then farm until you cannot get anymore diamonds, and start to do the step 1-5 char quest to get the other 2, and after that spend all of the diamonds for the weapon scout to get their 4stars weapon. :)
Mintea Don't loose your hopes yet.. You still have enough time to farm Diamonds from new upcoming quests, or probably try to reroll like *Ushi* so you can have 1 OP account.. ^^

the water units have combo window, which makes a huge difference compared to the sailor units :D
