I live in Houston and considering there’s more than likely a shitty run down neighborhood or apartment complex within a 10 mile radius from, It’s not worth it. & let’s not talk about the fact that the home to left of it doesn’t even remotely fit the aesthetic of a 3.4 million price point, NOT EVEN HALF which furthermore brings down the value of this home. The home is nice but this is not Los Angeles and 3.4 million dollars for this JUST above average mini mansion in Houston is absurd.
