Low ki, what you just said about wwe being just a conveyer belt of the same thing, I will agree with you 110%. The reason why I am agreeing with him on this is because wwe is known for that, if you look at the stuff like NJPW, ROH, PWG its not just entertainment its a freaking sport what they use is something that can take the wrestling too a whole new level that us as fans are like "OMG we have never seen that before." That makes it such an awsome event, and I am not saying that WWE is terrible because they are trying there hardest, but it just does not have that spark like how it was years ago.

Watching Kenny Omega's interview about Low Ki was really interesting. Basically that Low Ki takes the business and himself so seriously, at times he's exactly the kick in the ass that the business needs, and at times he's just a very difficult guy to work with.
@@gst013 Every time I hear about Low Ki, all I can think about is that time he knocked a guy out with a wheel kick and proceeded to try and get all his moves in before finishing the match.
Ki's an idiot through and through. Shouldn't be near a wrestling ring after that stunt.

I know there's a lot of stories about Low Ki, but when you have Eddie Guerrero telling you that he likes to wrestle you because you can hang with him as well as Dean Malenko and Chris Benoit, you have to be damn good in the ring. That's like being an amateur filmmaker and Steven Spielberg telling you that you're just as good as he is.
Low ki is really well spoken. Everything he said had thought behind it, and not once did he say something you feel like he didnt mean. MLW has been on a roll lately
Their WarGames match from earlier was pretty damn good. If they had production value of WWE, it might be comparable to WarGames from this year or last year.
Except his ego the size of the room he is in which is why he did fuck all in TNA and WWE he’s a melark for himself which is why he chills in indie feds
Court Bauer must be pretty crazy or damn risky to book both Teddy Hart & Low Ki in his promotion.. i mean both got a huuuuuge ego and aren’t easy to deal with and yet still, both are currently champions lol

I love this interview. It is between.two very well spoken and intelligent men. Low Ki has given viewers a history of wrestling history. He is not all out mean to those who who gave him opportunity. Chris on your interview skills. I love the fact that you have authentic question warms my heart. You conduct your interviews in nice, quite, comfortable environments.. You are not in loud bars. If you are at an event. You wait till things are quiet and being cleaning up. You make people want to answer questions. Way to go Chrism.. can't wait to see what 2019 brings. Happy New year to my favorite TH-cam star.

I love Low-Ki! I met him at an FOW show back in 2003-2004. I asked him if I could get a picture after the matches and we talked for a few minutes. Extremely humble and cool to chat with.
Hes 100% right about wwe product they literally gave us finn balor vs corbin for over a month same match every raw and ppv

he'll probably always be "controversial", but Low Ki broadens the spectrum of what is is to be a pro wrestler.

WWE had a great hand and talent with him & they WASTED him, pairing him with LayCool. Didn't help him coming in at the wrong time. He would KILL it now with either NXT or 205. The ORIGINAL NXT format was a JOKE. NXT, Triple H is putting PROFESSIONAL WRESTLING BACK into ENTERTAINMENT.
If he resigned with WWE now, I wouldn't mind seeing him against Ricochet Mustafa Ali and a few others....

Low Ki has always represented what's missing in today's pro wrestling. Although he may lean toward being too snug (once in a while!), his style from Day 1 has been to be authentic w/what pro wrestling is supposed to be. NXT's figured this out, to an extent, but it's still the element missing that makes Raw and SD feel too bland and waters down its characters, e.g. Devitt in BC in NJPW vs Balor of today. Thanks for the interview, Chris!

The lack of um and ah and like is the lack of a social crutch. The man knows what he wants to say, has the intelligence to express what he feels, and the confidence in saying it regardless of repercussion. It's refreshing to see.
AJ Styles & Low Ki, since the late 90s to early 2000s, are the 2 wrestlers I've always wanted to see in the WWE. Incredible in the ring. Styles has been doing great, but unfortunately Low Ki was ruined. They made him a jobber, gave him female sponsors, made him wear pink, etc. All because of that TNA namedrop. But fans still cheered him.
I'm glad AJ is finally making the big money in the WWE, but I'm sad that he's been watered down. But that's sports entertainment

Damn your good. I never really was sure about Low Ki. I knew he was a great wrestler but just wasn't sure about him as a person but honestly, after watching this, I think he and I would get along great. I am suddenly a big fan. You have an easy straight forward way about you that really brings the person you interview into focus.
I work with him every friday doing security...you wont find a nicer guy

Compensate your size with intensity as in kicking someone in the face and knocking them out, you being so small that you can't even put them back in the ring to finish the match. I yeah I remember the beginnings of your roh run as champ.everyone marking out and I'm like that was stupid.

@@Project862006 Yeah maybe if wasn't consistently happening. The first one on SD live was a classic. The 2nd one was dope too, branding Daniel as the new champion. The rematch just made sense I guess. Then he gets another shot..... Tedious.
@@JPeyo The main reason why the 3rd match didn't need to happen (or right away) is because at TLC, Bryan won purely clean. The other reason is that with all the interaction Bryan has had with Ali, including being pinned by him, it seemed like Ali would get a shot. Not saying he had to win, but that seemed like where the story was heading.

Before AJ retires, I would love to see him and Kenny and him vs Low Ki one more time. Just to see how seasoned those two have become, the in-ring psychology from both of them and how well they've worked in the past was always special. Not to mention Kenny vs Low Ki as a special match.

I am really loocking foward to see the interview with Y2J. Always try to get The Rock. Becky is gonna give you one hell of a interview but I wish she will break kayfabe and speak without carring about her caracter. As someone that still watches wwe I have to say lowki is absolutely correct. Same shit for the most part. I grew up watching wwe so for me it's hard not to watch it. I'm still waiting on a blacc wwe champion. Since the rocc, we haven't had one.
Hopefully we will have a black wrestler as a wwe champion soon

God Low Ki is an amazing person. And he tries to make wrestling an old school competitive thing which is amazing. Im glad he is in another wrestling
Such a Class Act and a professional. For those saying he "wasn't marketable" or "a gold mine" in WWE... well... guys like CM Punk and Bryan Danielson would not have been MAIN EVENTERS if Vince had NOT LISTENED to the fans. Even a creative genius like Vince has had his "Duke The Dumpster", "Bastion Booger", "Giant Gonzalez" and "GoobleyGooker" characters that barely drew flies.
Always enjoyed Low Ki since he started in smaller promotions. NXT under Paul would really benefit from his talent and ring leadership.
I still have the powerslam magazine where I first heard of Low Ki and I think Eddie lost to him in I think Queens New York in 2002.

I love how humble he is. He gave a lot of history and knowledge about the business. He definitely telling the truth. He really spoke from the true wrestling fan's point of view. That is why he is so good.
