We Did Have A Lot Of Background Noise In The Kitchen. My Favorites Were The Filet Mignon In A Wasabi Mayonnaise And The Last One Which Was A mushroom Puff Pastry. Thank You So Much For Watching And Commenting

Given the premium cost if given the choice of a night at the Chefs table or 3 nights of specialty dining Sabatinis, Salty Dog and Crown Grill which would you choose?

This Is A First For Us Having The Chef’s Table And Really Enjoyed It. That Is A Tough Choice 😀 We Really Enjoyed Crown Grill And Sabatini’s As Well. I would Definitely Try The Chef’s Table If You Haven’t Before Each Executive Chef Will Have A different Meal.
If you are not a picky eater-fork down Chef table every time!!! There are 2 price points one with wine pairing one without.
So glad to see Galley tour back. Also disappointed they no longer give out the cookbook signed by the chef (cost cut post Covid)

So excited to see you had a fantastic time in the galley, not only were you served top of the line appetizers but the entertainment was top notch by the Director and Chef. We also were fortunate to be selected back in 2016 on Island Princess for Chef’s Table, very different from how they are doing it now. Appears that Princess has improved this experience in 2023. We are anxiously waiting for Part Two of your experience. Enjoy and thank you for sharing.

Question please? I'm not a frequent cruiser, but clearly you are so you might know. We are leaving Friday to Alaska on the Crown. I understand this is the second cruise after "repositioning." Does the crew all change? Will the Australian fellow still be our chef? Thanks ☺
The Crew All Stay Until The End Of Their Contract Unless Extended Typically 6-9 Months. I Believe Chef Russell Was Going Home Shortly After Our Cruise.

This Was A Good Chefs Table. Each Chef Creates Their Own Menu So You Can Have A Varied Experience On Each Ship. We Did Have Some Steak And Lamb On This Chefs Table That Was Pretty Good

In order of your call next. That is why they don’t tell you right away but you get a nice invite with a phone confirmation 1st.
Took my hubby and I 3 cruises to get out 1st ( it was our anniversary) an elite guest at our dinner table complained to Mattie D in front of whole table that they were elite and should bump us. Happily we did not get bumped. and got flowers in our room from staff for rude behavior side note there were 2 dinners that cruise they didn’t get 2nd one either and the wait staff happily moved us To close we have never been disappointed and hopefully will have our 4th one in May

Wow that woman was rude! I've been doing lots of reading on FB groups in preparation for the cruise, and some of them are absolutely insufferable. They literally mock people with questions, because they've never cruised before! 😠
