One final comment. I am glad you brought up the frozen and unimpressive seafood issue at the Specialty Norway Restaurant. We had the same underwhelming experience at the Alaska Specialty Restaurant on Cunard Queen Elizabeth. We got our $20 back from the inedible seafood tower and the chef came out and explained that the food arrives to them frozen and they just arrange and plate it. The chef seemed frustrated because he wanted to “chef it up” a bit. Overall though I like the Cunard product. Next time try the Grills to get a better dining experience.

The Last Time We Were On A Princess Ship We Inquired With Guest Services And As Of A Year Ago Princess Has Not Resumed The Complete Ship Tours. They Have Been Offering A Bridge Tour On A Limited Basis. I Would Check With Guest Services Once You Board. Our Tour On The Grand Princess Was In 2019. Thank You So Much For Watching And Commenting

@@williamgardiner2010 We Have Been On 30 Cruises And ALWAYS Observe The Cruise Line’s Dress Code. Lunch Time The Dress Code Is Very Relaxed And Not Stuffy And Country Club Casual Dressy Shorts Are Allowed. Dinner Time The Dress Code Is More Strict Especially On Gala Nights Which We Always Adhere To. I’m Sure The Queen Mary And The SS United States Would Have Been Amazing To Have Sailed On These Amazing Ocean Liners. Thank You For Watching

The Lunch Menu Is Similar However There Are More Added Charge Items That Are Included On The Dinner Menu. On Cunard’s Website They Show Both Menus With Prices. I Hope This Helps. Thank You So Much For Watching

This Is Our First Attempt At A Ship Tour Video. Unfortunately I Had To Chop It Into 3 Separate Uploads Because TH-cam Didn’t Like A 2 Hour And 39 Minute Upload. Thank You So Much For Watching

Every Morning The Crew Is Mopping The Deck However During Our Tour The Deck Was Coated With A Combination Condensation And Seawater

For The Most Part The Condition Of The Ship Looks Very Good. The Chief Engineer Told Us On The Most Recent Dry Dock They Were Unable To Apply A Proper Repainting Due To The Weather Conditions At That Time. He Also Told That In 2026 The QM2 Would Be Going In For An Extensive Dry Dock. Thank You So Much For Watching

@code4forlife that's good to hear We will be on soon. I hope they restore the teak decking. It's a shame how sad it looks. Having owned a boat with teak decking I know how much hard work is involved in keeping it oiled and looking golden brown but when it's kept up properly it looks beautiful!
