PD got a hold of the security tape and showed us... Turns out a new guy was being trained on how to use it and somehow lost control of it. Think of like a highly precise firehose if it's not balanced and controlled it'll flop which is what happened. The spray under up upside down after flipping out of his hands and all you see is the other guy react, grab his neck then collapse. I dont think he even realized. There was a massive gaping laceration from his upper chest, L clavicle severed, through the L side of his neck into his lower jaw. Quite something! Probably never see that again!
