@@AndTecks everyone is has an opinion but at the end of the day rankings are everywhere even in real life police departments it’s obviously in everything with government, school, etc… yeah ranks can be stupid but at the end of the day if your a higher rank you have more power in a situation like that even if the higher rank officer is wrong happens everywhere in the world so it makes sense to exist in rp not tryna be a smart ass or anything like that but it does exist in no pixel and we have to deal with it
It's roleplay. Imagine if everyone in the PD shot civilians unprovoked, told units not to respond, then intimidated and bribed the victims at the scene. Everyone is playing their character how they want to, and as long as it isn't OOC there isn't any issue with it, Spartan just might face consequences if he doesn't play his cards right, same with Conan.

Because he's a cop that isn't just chasing pings. Investigations and off dutty stuff is fun to watch, and Pred does a lot of dumb shit off duty along with on duty. He can read a scene and play along super well. He's no W hunter

I dont know...every higher up that is more the lose guy, is a problem for Spartan. He should realize, that the server interaction will not always be straight copy of IRL and that goofy interactions and some lose stuff is part of how you police this city. If they all go for OOC feelings + prejudices and never losen up, the crims would a.) be agressive with no interactions or b.) simply do all they can to avoid interaction.
Coop gameplay doesnt mean doing that copwork straight to the point....this is just the tool/featureset that you have ti create RP....and RP doesnt create itself just because of the rules, but how you approach it. Thats why a Baas or AJ can be much better cops. Spartan thinks that he got all he needs for RP delivered with the strict rules of police gameplay....if he stays he wont gain any good RP to begin with.

Spartan was disrespectful towards Conan earlier and refused to leave a scene when Conan asked. He then said some stuff about rank, Conan not being on duty, and that Conan can go talk to his commanding officer about any grievances.

Used to be trooper, but after the new command and high command Change, Lt is higher by one rank.
Trooper's aren't a rank it's a department. So it'd be LT since Trooper's are 'technically' the equivalent to a Senior Officer with the exception of Ripley who's the only Sergeant among the Troopers but Trooper's are highly respected and they control patrol and other patrol related things. There opinion and input is highly regarded.

An unpopular opinion but, personally I think its power play and friends protecting each other…this RP is for enjoyment and not meant to be heated and cause arguments.
