Service is really bad. My machine is down for last 6 months (within warranty period) and their service engineers are unable to fix it. Area Service Managers never respond to calls or messages. Looks like their default callertune is ‘the number you are calling is currently busy’. Escalation on website just results in an automated mail of assurance, nothing else. I have lost hopes for Beko getting my machine fixed. I am looking for a tabletop model from IFB or any other reliable brand.

Add more utensils so can't adjust on uper rack believe it or not up to you if u can see in start add 2 cup in upper rack and after that in morning is 3 on lower rack I add dishes because in any time of wash u can put dishes in middle of washing
Jab maine Pune aai thi meri baby choti thi toh khana and sab kuch kha 6000 tha 1 month ka jab delhi thi toh 1500 tha but maid apne man se aati hai unke liye wait karna parta tha ab dishes laga do bas

I don't think it is a very authentic video because the placement of utensils on opening d dishwasher is not the same as on starting the program. So I believe that cooker must have been cleaned manually too.

Change hardness level because in clean n shine wash clean pretty good u have to check the dishwasher wash at intensive to see the wash properly or not and mini can wash only normal plate and dishes very oily dishes can't be clean
