You keep pushing non-combustion lawn care. Here's an idea, send your message to the people who continue buy way more vehicle than they will ever need. The city streets are filled with single occupants driving massive trucks and SUVs that are hauling absolutely nothing. How about a rebate for buying an electric car or bicycle?
The homes that the city owns would move faster if the city made them move-in ready rather than having them all be handyman's specials.
