it depends on subb stats if u have 200+ then u go atk sands coz u lose a lot of dmg coz of low atk

The intro was so relatable, I started Genshin 3 weeks ago when the Wanderer banner dropped. I read that Raiden was up next so I grinded until I got around 70 pulls. After doing the pulls I wasn't able to hit the 5* but after doing a bit of clutching I was able to get the 50/50. Unfortunately, I lost to Keqing and was utterly crushed. I then proceeded to grind for 5 days and just for laughs I decided to do a 10 pull on New Years. Suddenly, my screen turned gold and I started jumping xd.

raiden ei is beelzebub. raiden makoto is baal, while raiden shogun is the puppet. the playable raiden is the puppet
I recommend ER sands and attack goblet even if you don't have Engulfing. It helps you more with the energy recovery too.
Being a member of this hellhole since CBT 1, I saved every bit of primos for her and got her to c3 and her weapon. Still use use her after almost 2 years of this game's release. Raiden is my true love ❤️❤️❤️

congrats on the raiden! she was my first 50/50 win on her first rerun. i gave her an er sands and atk goblet running the catch and she usually does around 80-90k initial slash of the burst and around 100k in bennett's burst. hope this helps with the building!

I literally love your voice, its so calm and sweet. I joined genshin recently maybe like 2 months before and I'm horrible- I somehow by pure luck made it to 28, my favorite character has to be raiden and I want her so bad. She'll be coming in 4 days so Im excited, I've saved up for her but not much lmao, I've saved up like 2300 primogems which is not a lot at all but I have the fate coin thing and my pity is at like 67 (I counted) so I think I can get her😭😭

I had the same experience as you, started exactly an year ago, but didn’t realise pulling was a thing, stopped playing, fast forward some time and it’s the first raiden banner, I discover pulling but don’t get her, then proceed to main beidou until after a few months I got albedo and changed my team comp then a TWO MINUTES before the new year I did a single pull and finally got her and now I’m getting prepared to go broke or go home for kokomi whenever she’s rerun next
I also started playing when raiden had her first rerun, I got her at my 5th pull or something, then I got skyward spine shortly after. I didn't even know how lucky I was until my friends told me

First time I wished on her banner, I didn't even get to pity. Second time I wished on her banner, I lost to Qiqi. Third time I wished on her banner, I lost to Diluc.

I tried to get her last year too and didn’t make in time, so i stopped playing for a while and returned just a few days before this current banner an grinded a lot, lost the 50/50 to Keqing and immediately got sad and a little desperare 😅, but then i got her in 20 pity and she finally came home. Awesome video and congrats on pulling Raiden!! As for main stats for Raiden when using The Catch, I went for double ATK% goblets. Of course it’s your account and you can do absolutely whatever you’d like, but yeah, that’s what I used to run until I got her weapon for her, in which it’s better to run an ER Sands to get even more ATK for her. If you’re going for her weapon, good luck!! :)

hey, congrats on raiden! it doesnt really matter (dmg wise) whether you use atk goblet er sands or electro goblet atk sands but having er sands on her helps her generate more energy for herself and party members, while the atk goblet still offers you atk. keep in mind that er gives more electro dmg bonus.
the reason she didnt get her burst back after the "rotation" is because i assume all you did was use her burst, while you should've been normal and charged attacking. Your raiden is nice enough.
oh and a tip: NEVER test dmg on andrius/boreas because he dodges quite literally everything. instead, test on masanori, scara boss or go in the abyss because thats where raiden national usually performs the best:D this was intended to be positive and sorry if i sounded rude.

Congrats on getting Raiden I joined on Christmas eve I think when Zhonglis banner came out I also lost the 50 50 to Denim when I first started to play but that ked to em getting Raiden later.
Since you use the catch I would recommend instead of electro dmg bonus goblet Atk% :D

u definitely want er sands and atk goblet. er sands allows her to recharge her burst during her burst and u dont need electro dmg bonus because she gets a bunch from her talents. i have about 70-80% electro damage bonus without the goblet.

@@Sham0605 I just don't find her playstyle satisfying 🤔 I only used her on my usual team (Jean, Ayaka and Kokomi) and because it's a freeze team, she didn't work well. It's my fault though, I should have told myself that it wouldn't work 😭 Now I don't know how I should use her... I guess she'll just stay in my team for the aesthetic 💀

for raiden you need 230-250 er with catch, and for engulfing you need 260 and above, so for now problably get an atk goblet with er sands
she also doesn't really need electro goblet since she does have a passive that converts er to energy regeneration with her burst and electro dmg bonus ^^

I feel the same way, but I joined just 2 weeks ago. And yes, I am grinding day and night, just like you, to get her. So far I have about 72 spins. But, considering my “luck”, my goal is 540
You should at least ascend your every national character above 80. It will help you alot to make your character better. And with catch on raiden you don't need that much crit rate cuz it's refinement give your more crit rate on brust. Raiden crit ratio should be 45 160 above with 230 above er. This will increase your damage alot.❤️❤️❤️ Happy New year.

what i got told is that if u have the catch u go ER sands and ATK goblet. and if u have the engulfing lightning u go ER sands and electro dmg goblet
er sands and atk goblet, and you will get electro DMG bonus with er by her passive.
I have this on my raiden and her burst is always up (I will recommend atleast 160-170, it'll be alround better).
-- but u can build her how ever you want, it your character!
I heard raiden focus on ER so my current (half done) build has 319 ER. I don't have electro goblet because ER converts into Electro damage therefore I have 82. She hits 80k+ solo (no team/food buff). I'm excited to complete her build. Btw I got Engulfing so

I would go to a 5s weapon, both of them are pretty good, also in terms of attack sands+electro goblet or ER sands+attack goblet, well depends on what combination you have better pieces, on both combination you get the same attack if u dont have Engulfing, diference is for ER+attack you get 51.8 ER and from Raiden Enlightened One talent around 25% Electro-damage bonus, while attack+electro you get 46.6% Electro-damage bonus, on similar stats i think i would choose er+attack, now going back to engulfing I think is pretty insane because i get 700 more attack, on er+attack, with the Catch 1800 attack, with engulfing 2500 (er at 282 meaning 51% attack from Engulfing)

she does need er without engulfing lighting because of one of her passives, her 90 burst cost and because of emblem of severed fate 4 set bonus
This was my first time pulling the Raiden banner, and I got her on the 2nd pity. A lot of Primogems, but I knew to save up, since I started this game about a few months ago. But I completely C6'd Sara (got her on this banner as a new character to begin with, too).

Go with er sands with cr and atk sub stats , it would be best option. Although low attack but consistent dmg .

When this banner came out, I only had about 76 pulls saved up for her, so like one 50/50. I got Sayu and even C6-ed her. I got Sara, but didn’t get to C6. I got Rosaria, only once. With all that happening, I still lost Raiden to Mona. I was in so much pain. I spent all my luck on the previous banner for Nahida.

I don't like Raiden Shogun as a character but I wanted the Archon set. I begrudgingly pulled for her even though I wanted Al Haitam and got her in the first ten pull. It was the first time I pulled for her. Might have to say goodbye to Al Haitam though sigh
energy recharge is very good bc you get extra electro dmg bonus, my ei has 204% er and over 100% equals 42.4% more electro dmg bonus so i have 88 electro dmg bonus on my ei
Well my Raiden already has 220% er, so I don't know at this point. I'm probably not gonna switch ma sands to ER, cause I might be overstacking it then
My target was raiden BUT i accidentally did a 10 pull on scara’s banner while i was on a rate-on, so no raiden for me again ig.. but congrats for getting her

ohh and i watch alot of guides but if im not wrong she does still need ER sands! bc theres smth in her kit where every percentage in her ER past 100% gets converted to electro dmg bonus, and she has the highest burst cost too at 90. and i think atk/electro goblet is pretty similar in damage like its okay to go whichever. thats what i remember, anyone feel free to correct me!

I used Wanderer and I went to the Venti statue and his mom came home in 2 pulls. I was in shock she is the second acharon I acquired my first was Nahida.

General rule of thumb is u can use atk sands when u have 250ER without ER sands
Also for cup between atk or electro it depends on substats

People kill me not pulling on the weapon banner all but for a few 5star weapons the raider needs her weapon.
I did same the same ritual as you then I moved to the statue of omnipresent god to let her be "present" in my team, but I got keqing instead of her , then 3 multi and I got her.
