Thanks for the video wil. There is a lot to unpack in these mazes. My personal strategy has been to rely on slash moves with 1 each of tech, atk, def, and support. You get to keep 1 rune from your previous run. I have kept my slash zone. It makes all the difference. Allows kills of the jade and azure jewels that run, and allows better AF of the boss fights. Even if your character has a different weapon, it can still use slash attacks. Rely on my tech with heroic rune for healing.
I beat floor twenty with Myunfa AS, Thilly AS, Mana, and Hismena AS. Hismena tank mvp. My strategy only used af for the green gem things. I just boosted Thilly's normal attack and had normal attack aoe until she was one shotting the mobs at floor 17-19 with help from song of rage III enhanced +5 by Myunfa.
Im honestly not sure how to start,i dont know what charms to use,i dont know what team i should make some people say that they have cleared it it 15-16 minutes do i need better charms which rune should i save
15-16 minutes isn't possible if you're going for floor 20. Optimized runs take 80-90 minutes and rely on some RNG to get great runes. If you're having difficulty, try saving either a Vow of Invincibility 5 or a zone rune. If you have a Vow saved, when you get to floor 5-6, try resetting the shop (stay in the item screen and reset the game). Otherwise escape after floor 4 boss and take your time until you buy better charms. It does take time. My first runs were 2-2.5 hours each. Good luck!
@@vasilmihov9349 once you click on Buy, if the items aren’t good, reset the game at that point. Don’t close the buy menu otherwise you can’t reset and change the inventory
Got my first floor 20 clear, the other non mandatory attempt I exited at floor 12 by accident. Still wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Had AS Shiela(atk), Jade(def), Altena(tec) and AS Claude(sup). Guess my run was lucky because I had the atk thrust that increased damage at 80% hp plus, the rune that increased damage for more mp and managed to upgrade a crit rune to 100% crit. Once I hit level 60 I didn't really need to bother with mobs. Jade being my tank and Claude and Altena boosting atk made it really easy. Shiela was basically two shitting the bosses. Couldn't get a zone rune though, spent all the restock tickets on floor 19 and the last one gave me magic and blunt zone but I was building around pierce runes. I don't think I'll do it all again in one sitting though, I'll take breaks every 8 floors 😂
From what I heard, you need to arrive at floor 20 three times in order to get Noxis. Reddit said that you actually don't need to beat the boss. Just arrive

The zone skill if ur able to find it really makes the fights easier. I found this very fun overall as a challenge. Im grinding for the detonators for noxis.

I beat it on my third try with some of the most unconventional and painful strategies I have ever had the horror of using… it was painful but the deed is done
@@WilMakGamerDad i did a few hours ago a try with a slash team was not very good the second nearly wiped my complete team and with the slash team run there was a piere stance rune i was able to buy but didnt worked to good with the slash and didnt get pierce attacks and want noxis so much but cant get him🥲
@@Foran98 u dont need stance rune and doesnt matter which weapon u brought. the most important thing is u upgrade ur most powerful skill runes asap, and get ready vow of invincible 3* max to cheese next run by store it. i follow wil advice to build vow and now literally obliterate all mob, only need luck for runes to kill horror (not floor boss). u got vow 3* max then 80% literally ur maze is done. i bring sup tec and 2 atk, so far so good, can kill horror since floor 7, all diff weapon lol

"Everything you have" Honestly, a few runs down the line, as long as you go in with a decent team and you learn what runes to get, it's pretty easy. You'll want an offensive and support mage and an offensive and tech melee. A F2P example is Feinne, Harle, Sheila and Azami. On the support you'll want critical strike (by far the best support spam move, even at 2 stars) and the power/int/speed song. On the other mage, any level 1 and level 3 damage skill. The tech needs a resist debuff attack and a poison/pain setting attack. The offensive melee needs a level 3 p/p enhanced attack. You have 2 options on normal fights. If you get a few decent damage boosts early on, get a falcon rune and use your mage's 1 star move. Otherwise a 2+3 star vow rune lets you AF every turn. This is safer for those special gem monsters but takes longer. Buff both offensive units with int or power, overcharge, p/p enhance, crit damage and almighty power. If you get full 3 star runes, by the time you're 60 you hit over a million a hit. It's complete overkill even for the last boss. It dies in a single turn even if you can't AF on it. Put all your best support runes into the other 2 units. They don't need damage boosts. Use as many blessed runes as you can.
Now that I’ve run it a few times, it’s definitely easier. I’m running 2 ATK, 1 TEC and 1 SUP using slash zone rune. Of course getting the right 3* runes especially pain/poison or crit is best but otherwise it’s a matter of reducing the time on each run. Good tips!
@@WilMakGamerDad The advantage of having an offensive mage is that you have an AoE. You won't have to AF every turn with a mage with Falcon rune. That cuts down on the time. Honestly, the only important specific rune is the critical strike rune for your support. That move boosts your team's magic and physical crit rate, so you don't need any other crit runes. With that out of the way, you simply use whatever you get for damage. Any 3 star spell and any 3 star attack move. Bosses don't seem to have specific elemental resistances (maybe Red Dawn, not sure about that one). Then boost the damage with the runes I listed. With that many different options to pick from, that won't be an issue.
I got tiramisu AS, necoco and toova. I can't believe I am in endgame and I got toova now. I had alter toova and was farming but got toova now. But I missed both orleya and miyu
The most interesting part is that the playable characters lose all of their usual stats, except their VC and the new THC, ATK, SUP, MAG, DEF Types. I was able to divide my team into a defensive SUP-DEF backbone (Myunfa-Radias) and THC-ATK attackers (Shion-Suzette).
Now that I think about it, it might be a viable strategy to identify the Maze Type that the team doesn't have and buy those "useless" runes to enhance everything else.
Sorry I didn't record it. I recommend (for full runs) to save Vow of Invincibility V, and go with 2 ATK, 1 TEC 1 SUP. I try to also get slash zone. Good luck!

Yes I'm finally using a slash zone rune, likewise I'm grinding the detonators but it's taking so much time. This is a huge update!

You will need more Arcane Sparks (?) than fodder, especially if you farm Ammonites on F9-11

It's how you use runes and team build. It's pretty much a cakewalk when weapon type zone go brrr

U can use trash units to explore the maze without any drawbacks. This is good to destroy our 1 hit boredom.
i concur, good for variety and grinding weapon, so far the weapon stat is even better than manifest+bonus. tho disappointed only 20 floors
